Always a solid sushi choice when in Santa Paula. Lunch special (open till 2:30) bento boxes are delicious, hot and inexpensive. Happy hour (2:30-5?) has great deals. Restaurant it’s self is clean and has a dark setting for a relaxing meal.

Excellent sushi for lunch today! Not our first time eating sushi here, and we keep coming back. I highly recommend the Heart Attack and Philly rolls! Thank you for the friendly service as well.

Haven't been in awhile but everytime I did go it was really good, small place not many seats

It's a Friday night. I called to ask when they closed. They said 9:00. Last call at 8:45. We got there at 8:10. They were already rudely cleaning up and stacking chairs while there were still several diners attempting to enjoy their meal. Others anxiously devoured their food and downed their drinks and the last table beside us walked out at 8:55. Mind you, they say last call at 8:45 but do they really expect people to order their food get their food and eat their food in 15 minutes? Because we ordered light and were approached at 9:02 and asked to leave before we were done. An incredibly unpleasant eat out experience and a waste of money. The food is decent. But if you want to start stacking chairs at 8:15 then you need to close at 8:00. The fat dark hair dude that was acting like a manager maybe doesnt have your business best interest in mind and maybe shouldnt be left in the position that he is in. Im pissed that they took up our bill and tip money before rudely asking us to leave as we left a 30 percent cash tip. Yes, I regret that. Because Im sure chunko took the tip from the waitress. We really dont have to settle for mediocrity. There are better places out there.

Best bento lunch plate I have ever experienced. I had chicken teriyaki, shrimp & veggie tempura, and California rolls. It included miso soup, salad and white rice. Delicious.

If you find your self in or near Santa Paula/Ventura, Yokozuna Sushi is a good place to eat at. A must go to location in my book but let me explain. First, California roll are out of the park, no, Out of this world levels of awesome, Teriyaki chicken is very delicious, it has the right consistency of Teriyaki sauce and chicken that will make you feel like you're in heaven, the taste and texture Fried rice felt luxurious, Even the soup was decent, and this is good because I don't even like soup!

Always fresh, great customer service. Great lunch specials and happy hour specials.
