From the moment we entered Yokosuka Japanese, we were warmly greeted by front staff and seated. Maddie met our party of eight with a genuine smile and welcoming demeanor. Maddie's professionalism and friendly disposition created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, making us feel truly valued as customers. The chef who prepared our meal, aptly named "fun size." Not only did he showcase incredible culinary skills, but he also entertained and engaged us with his lively personality. The food was undoubtedly superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. We were celebrating two birthdays, and the personalized attention and thoughtful gestures made our celebration truly memorable. T is the best!!! Even with our CHAOTIC order/table he was fantastic! Food was amazing! Dealt with all our shenanigans and did phenomenal with all of our food! Hands down the best meal we have had here!

Very good dinner! We sat in the “normal dining area” and not the large cooking tables. Very good and attentive service, followed by great food! It was a little noisy, but very tolerable. We will return!

Overall good experience with service and food. Our group ordered a mixture of sushi and hibachi plus desert. We sat regular dining since hibachi tables typically have a longer wait time. Always call ahead if you are a big group or have time restraints. These are the only pictures I took which are of octopus and the chocolate cake.

Went here for the first time. We had a 45 minute wait which was to be expected. It was a Saturday night. We waited at the bar and had a drink. Their Happy Hour prices were great! When we finally got seated we were told that our server would be awhile because she was taking care of another table. I guess it took around 15-20 minutes for her to come to our table. The gentleman who cooked the hibachi was very funny and personable! The food was cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend the filet mignon and teriyaki chicken! Our server kept forgetting things but we chalked it up to it being a Saturday night. We will definitely go back again.

Great birthday dinner tonight. Excellent food, and Austin really made the night as the funniest chef we’ve ever had. He read the room and cooked a perfect and delicious meal while making my children laugh. Super happy with our experience.

Easy and delicious. I'm in town for work and ordered online for pickup. The website said it would take 45 minutes for my order, I got there a little early, and my food was already ready. They have signs to direct you to pick up food at the bar. I'll order here again when I'm in town and need something easy and delicious.

Tonight for a late Valentine's dinner we decided to come and try this restaurant and let me tell you it was delicious! First, our waitress was great! She was awesome with timing refills and was very sweet. For our appetizer, we decided on tempura shrimp and veggies. That shrimp was perfectly cooked and tender! The veggies were also delicious. For my meal, I had the Nemo roll, salmon roll, and salmon nigiri. The roll was just a tiny bit spicy, flavorful with bits of crunchy tempura flakes, fresh Avocado, and fresh tender salmon. The salmon roll is a go-to for me especially when it's fresh and tender. Very good. The nigiri was fantastic whoever the sushi chef was they know exactly what they are doing because that fish was like butter it was so tender. My boyfriend loved his hibachi chicken and shrimp. Very tender chicken, shrimp cooked perfectly, veggies had great seasoning and they were also cooked to perfection. I guess my main word to describe my meal tonight was perfect. Very happy and will be back! The only thing they should do is just turn the music down it was very loud I had to yell so my boyfriend could hear me but I mean that's just a small issue still a great place.
