We stayed at the end of September so I'm hoping that's why things were dirty. Initially, the park looked clean and fun. It was still fun but definitely needed to be clean. The pool was in operation because it's heated. However, dirt was settled on the bottom and a lot of dirt was caught along the edges. It was a zero entrance pool so that was nice. The showers were disgusting. I never would have used it if I had a choice. The mini golf course was in good condition. The jump pad had shoes and trash left there for 3 days so no one maintains it. Our site was down by the laser tag building and was mostly level. I would stay here again due to the amenities but not for the cleanliness.
We went to two other campgrounds and they were full so we called ahead for this one to check on availability and they were so helpful not only on the phone but when we got their. Their customer service is amazing and everyone is not only helpful but constantly checking in. I think is the best campground especially if you have children there was so much to do from mini-golf, pool, basketball court, and children's playground. Not to mention this was the quietest campground I have ever been to late at night. I have never been somewhere so quiet while camping even with so many children and families around. Plus, there are many statues of Yogi bear and friends which is great if you loved the show like I did as a kid!
We only stayed here one night (Saturday night), as a stop on our way home from a road trip. This campground was a great experience for our family. They had so many activities for the kids - mini golf, pool, 2 playgrounds, jumping pillow, crafts, activities planned all day too. We stayed in site 608, we had very little noise at night. The staff all appeared to be young, similar to what other reviewers stated, but we thought they were all mostly very pleasant and kind.
Pros: LOTS of fun indoor & outdoor family activities. Zero-entry pool is great for all ages. Plenty of patio loungers & chairs to go around. Staff is friendly! Golf carts available for rent Cons: Pool is very crowded on hot days. No shade at the cabins on the hill. Some shade trees would be a great investment! Creaky cabin floors. Younger staff could use some more training on campground policies or at least some printed material to reference.
We stayed here during labor day weekend and it was the worst camping trip of our life. We used to camp here annually and loved the family friendly activities they had to offer, but after this last weekend I will never return. During the first night of our stay, 2 of kids were jumping on the bounce pad while my oldest daughter, husband, myself, and our two dogs (leashed) watched from outside the fence. A dog from another campsite got loose, bolted towards my dog and latched onto her neck and would not let go. My husband had to forcibly try to remove this large dog to try to save ours and once he did the owner did not have control and the dog got ahold of my dog a second time on the back. My husband, with the help of amazing bystanders, was able to finally remove the dog again. The way this dog had attacked mine, I thought she would be dead but miraculously she was fine, just sore and skiddish. I truly believe only her metal collar saved her, which is now mangled. We were in shock afterwards and an amazing nurse came to make sure we okay. Many bystanders stepped in to offer help by getting us bandaids/water and help us deal with the shock. If any of you are reading this I cannot thank you enough for your kindness! Shortly after the attack my husband went back to talk to the owner of the campground because we feared for our safety and other campers saftey. We were just sitting there when we were attacked. This dog bolted for mine for no reason. It did not belong in a campground near small kids and other dogs. The dog was staying in a tent and if it got loose once, it could get loose again. We were told by the campground owner that the owners of the dog were leaving the next morning and that he was going to make sure that dog stayed locked up. I believe we were lied to because the dog was still there the entire following day. When my husband asked the campground owner why the dog was still in the campground we were only given excuses and rudely offered a refund for the remainder of our stay. After multiple confrontations with the owner it was clear that the safety of the guests was not a top priority so we packed our things and left. Will not return due to owners blatant disregard for the safety of the guests. This was an extremely traumatic event for our family and the dozens of adults and children who witnessed it. We raised this dog from 8 weeks old. She is part of our family. She was viciously attacked and yet we were supposed to camp there with the threat of that dog still there. Will not return.
I would not recommend this resort. We spent 5 nights nights in a Cindy bear cottage and the stay itself was nice. However, it is apparent that there is no one in charge of this resort that cares about it. There were many great young adult workers but we never saw an adult overlooking them to make sure everything was done properly. The pool area was the worst. It was a hot week so it was quite busy. There was cast-off bandaids and other debris all over the pool decking area. The water itself never recovered overnight so by the 3rd day, the water was so cloudy, we were losing our diving rings in 4 feet of water. Im quite sure the number of people in the water was past its capacity. Also, there was little parental supervision of the children in the pool which made it a free for all. The noise from the interstate was never ending. It was easy access to the resort but there was a constant clamor from trucks jake-braking. Many of the activities for the kids required additional payment such as $8 for milk and cookies with Yogi. Be prepared for this. We made do for the week but will never stay at a Jellystone resort again.
We came here for a family camping trip this summer. We loved the cabanas and the updates they have done. The problem is the showers. They are very disgusting and tiny. The big shower stall drain backs up and you end standing in nasty water. We told staff but nothing was done. We enjoyed everything else but really wish the shower experience was better.
Cabin floors only get swept so bring house shoes. Bunk mattresses covered in old urine & were just flipped over(you could smell & visually see the urine marks). Bathrooms really need a deep deep cleaning. Young adults were in charge of the cleaning from what I saw and might need someone to oversee the cleanings. The pool area had trash, foam from ripped apart balls, band-aids etc all over the ground and in the pool. People need to be cleaner and help take care of places they visit!

Great coffee, other drinks, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff are super friendly and pleasant. If you install the app and sign up for the loyalty program, the rewards are nice and it's super convenient to pay by scan.
Great place to stay for a family road trip! Right off the interstate . This is our second time staying here. The staff are very friendly & helpful, the rooms updated, clean & spacious. The beds were a little firmer than we prefer, but not a big deal.
Stuck in town for work, and this place is right behind our hotel so we've been here 3 nights in a row. The wait staff is top notch. Every single person we've dealt with has been above average and always happy to help. The burgers / burger wrap / an
Great staff, nice updated looking decor/ building, and good food. I had the coconut shrimp basket with tater tots, my wife had a salad. The tots were crunchy and steaming hot. The shrimp tasted great. The salad was a good pile of chef salad. Wil
