Power yoga is an intense work out. Emily is a great instructor. The hot yoga is also a great class. Classes are well structured and really have you leaving there feeling pretty great.
I had a wonderful time in Emily's Restore class today! Her guidance and expertise made it such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Looking forward to the next one! I'm sharing a photo from the recent YTT opening session. She was such a thoughtful and kind guide.

YogaSix Glen Mills is a fantastic studio! Clean, great variety with classes, excellent staff. The members are loyal and really down to earth, it’s always nice to see familiar faces. I take classes regularly with Emily, Vicki and Maddy, and they are all wonderful instructors. Plus, they never push me or bug me, they all let you move at your own pace and comfort level. Join! You won’t regret it!
An excellent yoga studio for all levels! I especially love Mandi‘s class -the slow flow. She is so positive and energetic and I always feel great coming out of her class! I also love Vicki’s slow flow as well! Her music is cool and she always challenges us in her class! She has a great vibe!!!
Mandi was a great instructor. Very welcoming and had the perfect energy for the hot class. Front desk staff are always super helpful as well. Love this studio!
Every experience I have had has been positive. I enjoy and have benefited from All classes.Personally my two favorite instructors are Maddy and Emily. Maura has such a caring and positive vibe about her. I really enjoy her and her classes as well.
Emily leads a wonderful Restore class. I left feeling calm and centered. Such a lovely individual and I will be back to take her classes in the future!
