I can't get enough of Yoga Den and Core. Since it opened I've been taking classes five days week, some days I take multiple classes. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They treat clients like family which is great because you know they truly care about you. The instructors try to make sure everyone gets what they need out of their classes and that if something isn't working they make modifications. I wish I could take them all with me when I move. They've become family. It's something I've never felt from a gym or workout center before. So if you're a yogi and you want a great place to continue your practice stop by the Yoga Den and Core, you'll be glad you did.

The Yoga Den is a fantastic place to practice yoga! The owner and staff are very friendly, and also are excellent yogis! You do not have to be in the best shape, have a perfect body, or even know anything about yoga. They truly welcome all levels and will teach you how to practice yoga safely whether you are brand new or you could be teaching the class. I love the Yoga Den!

This yoga studio is so warm and friendly and inclusive of all body types and genders. You feel instantly welcomed here and after trying your first class free, you’re dying to go back! So many different styles of yoga and they even have Barre, too! There is something for every age and level! I highly recommend this studio and I’ve been to several around town!

I have a full membership at The Yoga Den and feel like it's my home away from home! Every instructor is extremely knowledgeable, each having their own incredible gifts. The studio has a class for everyone, from beginners to advanced yogis. Each time you attend a class there you feel an incredible warmth in your soul!! Highly recommend to everyone!! Namaste.

The Yoga Den is great. They offer many classes of yoga for all experience levels. I am stronger and feel so much better and I have learned so much. I am really amazed at the flexibility and strength I have gained, particularly in my shoulders as well as my improved balance. The instructors are personable, encouraging, and technical. The studio is spacious and comfortable. Importantly, the price is reasonable and affordable. I recently attended two trainings, meditation and chakras, which really added depth to my practice. I can’t believe how much I look forward to each day of class, friends, and perfecting and growing in my practice. I highly recommend this studio to those wanting to learn yoga and those expanding their practice. You will be pleased for sure.

Love this yoga studio!! Classes for every ability level and lots of variety. Great instructors--professional, personable, experienced. They care about their students. Awesome management and great location. Reasonable prices. Child care available. Hot yoga is fantastic---great balance between traditional and Bikram-style yoga.

I ran competitively throughout college, and now (post-college) like to supplement my running with some sort of cross training! One year I hit the gym, then I joined Title Boxing, and now I am looking to do yoga! As someone who was used to intense/high impact exercise, I certainly had my doubts about yoga. I wasn't sure if it would be enough for me. But after trying my first class at Yoga Den, I found that it was. I was thrilled to find that my body was sore in new places, and my anxious mind was put to ease! I do recommend Yoga Den, and I highly recommend Joe and Bethany's classes (and that is after trying 5 different instructor's classes). Both of these instructors seem to put more thought into each aspect of the class (the practice itself, the pacing, the instruction, the music, etc.) to ensure that the classroom environment is both positive and comfortable, providing the student with an uplifting and enjoyable experience. Though everyone is different and likes different things, I do feel the need to make reviewers aware that there are some classes that, in my opinion, are atypical yoga classes. Ones that contain loud, upbeat (rather than uplighting) music,loud instructors, and minimal to no emphasis on the importance of being conscious of the breath and slowing down/relaxing the mind. With that being said, be mindful that there will likely be cases where you will need to adjust your expectations, or leave and make the decision to attend a more traditional class, both of which aren't ideal.
