The Park Street YMCA has a variety of fitness and recreational services for different age groups. I highly recommend it. The staff is welcoming and very well informed.

The Y used to be much better but it has gone downhill the last few years. There are no lockers to use in the locker room because they've all been rented out (for additional fees on top of the increased membership fee) to "permanent guests". They got rid of the towel service during the pandemic. Showers often don't have soap. Pool schedule changes at a moments notice for no reason. Swim team is now on its 4th head coach in less than 3 years.....

We absolutely love the swimming lessons here. My daughter has learned so much. She now wants to continue learning and hope to be part of a swim team then a swim coach some day. The instructors are all so patient but yet firm when needed which is important since the safety of the students is priority. Thank you for teaching my child one of the most important life lessons.

Clean and friendly environment. The exercise equipment is state of the art, and maintained very well. Overall a very pleasant place to exercise.

In any organization today, the visible strength of the services is wholly dependent on the quality of the personnel providing the service. You are so very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people working for you! I am profoundly impressed with the way I was welcomed, the time your staff took to show me the facility, the courtesy extended to me with the week-long trial, the ease with which I could convert my trial membership into an actual membership, your accommodation to my manner-of-payment requests, and overall just the kindness and patience your staff has shown me. I would recommend your facility to anyone, not just because of the beauty and cleanliness of the physical plant, but significantly because of the quality, professionalism, and genuine niceness of your team!

Recent upgrades of the weight room are great! The hammer machines are much needed. The newer cardio machines are great as well. The expanded space is a great use of the building space.

I love the atmosphere of this YMCA, While it is old It is very well taken care of. In general I have found the people at this YMCA are great too. People are really consistent about cleaning off their machines. I love it the staff is really good too.

My children are YMCA youth members and my son has been taking swimming lessons with the Y for the past 6 years. Both my children love the YMCA programs, activities and swim lessons as well as the friendly staff. My son has learned numerous swim skills with the continued swim lessons.
