So far I’ve only done the aqua light classes. Everyone here is wonderful very polite happy willing to help. I’m going to try to branch out a little bit and take the yoga lite or aerobic lite classes . I’m looking forward to it.

Enjoyed 2 visits to this Y campus while in Lynchburg, Va. Staff was very congenial and helpful. Grateful for the Y Mission! Building healthy Spirit, mind and body!

Great yoga classes, usually very busy and limited parking.

Phenomenal people work here! The group fitness classes are energetic or low key. Both are available. Many are designed for people who are older, but several are for people who really want to burn up. The weight room can get crowded but the other users are generally respectful and allow you to work in if not find a workout buddy.

Doing rehab on my leg cause it kinda stopped working. The YMCA is the perfect opportunity to keep whatever faculties I have left still working. I love the Y!

Super clean gym with tons of choices for the whole family. Educated and certified staff, friendly front desk check in, and 3 pools for kids, aqua class and laps. All new equipment w latest trends and floor walkers at all times for help. Rehab Centra right next door! Great place 20 years I have been there 🧚‍♂️🦋💜🙃

Wonderful place with all sorts of group exercise classes! Welcome atmosphere! I particularly enjoy their yoga classes. Great for people of ALL ages, truly!

Love this facility, however the Horus of operation do not accommodate for those who prefer late night workouts. 6:30 pm closing on a Friday and barely open on the weekends. I wish they would expand their hours back to 9pm or 10pm. Early morning workouts are tough because of how busy it can get between 9 am - 12pm. Because of this, I have a secondary gym membership to another local facility that is 24 hours
