The place is behind the building, a true hole in the wall kind of place. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant is small, but welcoming. The service is good, they are attentive. The food is lovely, I really recommend getting the beef soup. They were selected best Korean restraint in 2018 apparently, and I would say they are still quality. Overall would come back 10/10.
A restaurant that is a bit hidden behind the building. Solid food, great side dishes. Will recommend and will return!
We were passing through Atlanta and came here on a whim with a friend we met in Seoul while studying abroad. It took us right back, this is exactly the kind of restaurant quality food and atmosphere that we would get in Korea. Everything we got was incredible and delicious, pajeon was crispy soups were flavorful and full of meat tofu and veggies and the mandu was korean style (easily not Chinese style from the frozen aisle). The pork belly was cooked perfectly and was high quality meat. We ordered a lot but I was pleasantly surprised when it all came out very quickly. None of the whitewashed stuff that Americans expect, this is where the Koreans know they're going to eat good food. This being said, a lot of these reviews are about the service. It's the same you would expect in Korea, just know you're not going to keep getting checked up on or interrupted by someone asking if you need stuff. When you need something call the staff politely and they will help you graciously. When you're ready to pay, go to the front counter and they ring you up. So if you're worried about "bad" service, don't be. Our party had a really special moment in Atlanta reliving our time eating out in South Korea. If I return to this city I'll surely be back.
A restaurant that serves classic Korean meals, from banchan to bibimbop. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Korean dining experience.
Everything was on point. The spicy chewy noodle was very filling and satisfying. The bulgogi’s flavor was just like any other Korean restaurant, sweet yet savory. Generous in their respective portion as well.
The only drawback is that there isn’t a lot of variety you can order from. Besides, the shrimp fried rice and curry rice were just ok, I would not recommend ordering them. This place is just like a small Korean family restaurant. Comfort food, but nothing spectacular.
Literally a hole-in-the-wall; on the back-side of a building…but if you like Korean food and in Atlanta, this is a MUST-try. Get whatever you want it’ll be good.
Our experience here was AMAZING!! We absolutely loved the food. Came in on a Monday evening, and the restaurant was not too busy - it seemed like the other customers were regulars.
We ordered the cold soybean noodles, seafood pancake, and beef with vegetable hot pot to share between 3 people. The portions were very generous and more than enough for us. All the food was very authentic, fresh, and delicious. Side dishes were nice as well.
I need to talk about the seafood pancake because that was one of the best things I've ever eaten. They did not skimp on the seafood as it was absolutely full, and the whole thing was served on a sizzling plate to keep it crispy and hot throughout the meal. The texture of the pancake was perfectly chewy both from the batter and the seafood inside while maintaining a nice crisp exterior. I'm still thinking about it and will need to make a trip back to have it again.
The beef hotpot was flavorful and large enough for 2 to 3 people to share. The cold soybean noodles were not as good compared to the other two, but that could just be an acquired taste we were not used to.
Overall, a great experience, and I will be returning!
The owner is very friendly and the banchan was one of the best I’ve had in Atlanta so far.
🍲 Buddajiggae is good as I expected. Perfectly filled with all kinda of topping and has perfect amount of spice
🥞 the seafood pancake is crispy and filled with seafood variety. Delicious and worth a try
I loved the Taiwanese fried chicken, spicy and not spicy was both great. I wasnât a big fan of the tiger blood milk, it was too sweet for me but the barista was very sweet and offered to adjust it. After she adjusted, it was still too sweet for me
This is a great spot on the Buford Highway! The banh mi were fresh and delicious, especially the bread that they came on! We got the grilled BBQ pork sandwich, the meatloaf sandwich, and the shrimp spring rolls. It was all great and really affordable
Amazing experience here yet again! Iâve been here about 10 times now, and it has never disappointed. The laziji (yummy spicy chicken) is usually my favorite, but this time I tried the beef and vegetable mala tang which was also outstanding. I also
Nestled in the back of Asian Square, La Mei Zi has an extensive menu of Taiwanese and Chinese cuisines. We've been here a couple of times over the last few years, but have been more so recently. The food has been consistent-- no frills, just good foo
This restaurant is amazing! This was my first time here with 3 friends highly recommending this place. Maleja, the server, and Alexa, the bartender were fantastic, friendly, and efficient! The atmosphere is casual and family friendly, lights were dim
In from Cali and this is the equivalent to 85 degrees Cafe there. They both basically have the same stuff and same layout. Always nice to stop by here for pastries, baked goods, slushies/boba drinks and cakes. We got a little bit of everything. H
Adorable cafe with cute themeing! They have themed merchandise you can buy, plenty of drinks options, and snacks & meal options. The noble tea was the perfect sweetness with boba & lycee to compliment the subtle floral flavor. Staff is so nice & welc
Open til 11pm, later than any other boba tea place nearby. Consistent product quality, tasty flavors, not an overly complicated menu (like many boba tea places have), and very quick service despite almost always being busy. Ample seating, but many ta
