I’ve been twice for the Yes Move class and it is SO much fun! I hadn’t worked out publicly in years and felt really self conscious about starting to again, but this class is so relaxed, so fun, and no one cares what you look like or how good of a dancer you are. It brings me so much joy and I somehow manage to have a smile on my face the entire time.

I’ve never enjoyed exercising as much as I do at Yes Honey Studio! The instructors are all so talented and welcoming toward everyone. It’s an environment where physical and mental health can thrive (even during a pandemic). Whether you’ve been in dance classes for years or have never danced in front of others, you’ll enjoy dancing here!

Yes Honey is the besssttt🖤 I've been to classes with most of the instructors & every single one of them is amazing. I have so much fun every time I go, but it's also ALWAYS a great, challenging workout! Also, Jenny (the owner) absolutely rocks & she makes everyone feel so welcomed & comfortable. I honestly can't say enough about this place, it really is the best👏🏼

Yes Honey is simply amazing! The location is safe and convenient with on-site parking. The studio is clean and organized and there is always friendly knowledgeable staff to greet you when you walk in the door. The entire Yes Honey squad provides an empowering, encouraging, and truly inclusive experience with each class. I find Yes Strength classes to be well balanced, providing a full body workout. Yes Move classes also provide a full body workout including some strength training. I am not a dancer nor had I ever taken a dance class. Even as an absolute beginner, I am to able to feel successful (like an absolute badass) and accomplished in Yes Honey classes.

I am absolutely in love with this studio. Everything from the aesthetic, to the choreographers, to the people, to the amazing manager, Sam, who makes me feel so welcome when I walk in the door. I walk in and I feel accepted, supported, and encouraged. Every choreographer I have had the pleasure to meet has been amazingly patient, kind, and full of positive energy. Their choreo classes are unique, fun, and leave me feeling accomplished when I walk out the door. I have been searching for somewhere I can be active without feeling like I’m going to a gym (because I don’t have the push to do a gym). Yes Honey is a place I look forward to going to every single week. It has become my new home and I couldn’t be happier!

(she/her) I've been taking classes at Yes Honey for several months now, and love it so much! The studio is beautiful and clean. My favorite classes are the Yes Move, which is a follow-along dance workout followed by 10 minutes of strength training and the Yes Choreo, where you learn a short choreographed dance. I have some dance experience, but you definitely don't need any, especially for Yes Move. The instructors are so lovely and welcoming, and each one has a different style and approach, so make sure to try them all. I always get a great workout and leave in a better mood than I came in!

I've been taking classes at Yes Honey for a while now and have had a great experience. The instructors are amazing, the music is great, and the classes are challenging but not overwhelming. It doesn't matter if you have years of dance experience or none at all, everyone feels welcome. It’s a really fun and positive environment!

This is truly an empowering space! I found Yes Honey randomly through a search when I moved back to town. I wanted to find a space to just keep moving, dance, and have some fun, but it is so much more. There are so many classes to choose from and all of the instructors are absolutely amazing - creative, skilled, and super encouraging! I can safely say everyone there from the instructors and other students, to the staff and owner, have played a part in hyping me up to try new classes and feel good about just doing it, even if I'm a few steps behind or doing a modified version. Beyond the community in the space, I also love how Yes Honey supports and works to build up the STL Arts community as a whole. Seriously! I could go on and on but I'll leave it at...
