So first let me say the customer service was amazing which is rare these days! Denise was really nice (part of reason I gave a 3 star) But honestly we’re here for the food so let me get to that. The oxtails were very tender, a little fatty for my liking but tender nonetheless. Now the flavor was nonexistent. When I go for Jamaican oxtails I go for flavor and I got none with this order. The consistency of the broth/gravy was all liquid (brown water if you ask me 🤦🏾‍♀️) no thickness or flavor at all so I was a bit disappointed. Now I’m not going to give up on them just yet because it may have been an off day. I noticed they had mixed reviews so my guess is the recipe they use isn’t being followed so there’s no consistency which means I may go back and get a good batch. This was my first time visiting so I’ll give it another go in about a month. The picture attached is a regular size portion and it was $30 which I expect in this economy…oxtails are high!!!! Yeah Man I’ll see you all in a month so don’t disappoint 😋

Just passing on my way home, service was nice. I decided to try the Large stew chicken rice and peas. Stew chicken had no flavor tasted like oil and water. Rice and peas was bland not even a little thyme!! As an actual Jamaican this is not authentic Jamaican food. My first and last time at this restaurant.

I tried Yeah Man Jamaican Restaurant, and it was an okay experience. The atmosphere felt a bit dull, and the service was ok. The curry chicken lacked the bold flavors I expected, and the sides were just average. Overall, not a standout dining experience, but it wasn't terrible either. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Although the customer service was good, the food was spoiled. I ordered jerk salmon which smelled old and spoiled with an ammonia like smell. I stopped eating it to prevent myself from getting sick. The plantains were burnt beyond reason. Sad that this took 40 mins, paid 30 dollars plus tip, and the food can’t even be eaten.

Denise was a pleasure, felt like I had my mother taking my order, upon walking in I knew I was going to love it from the smell, the chicken was cooked PERFECTLY, the oxtail was so tender and juicy, I don’t have enough words to express how delicious this meal was. Plantains were on point as well as the cabbage/ rice & beans. I had the Jerk Chicken regular size and should’ve asked for the large to take some home because there was nothing left, definitely worth your money, ask for the oxtail sauce as well it’s insane!! Will be making this a regular stop!

First the portion for 20 dollar large was so little barely had gravy on the on my good and was told that was going cost 2 dollars extra. Not sure if I will be back again flavour was good though.

For the price I paid for this plate, I expected to get more food than this. $36 for 5 oxtails and an extra $5 to get Mac and cheese as a side. The oxtails were good but the Mac and cheese was bland. The collards weren’t good. I will not visit again.

Awesome customer service and impeccable tasting food. I strongly hate that inflation has made food prices skyrocket, because you get smaller portions for extremely high prices——but I know thats no fault of the business owners. I just dislike the economy we’re in, because I’m such a foodie 🥹🥺😭… Nonetheless this restaurant is a 10/10. Will definitely be back!
