Yanks RV Resort - RV park in Greenfield - 1005 Yanks Way, USA

I highly recommend this trailer park !! It’s extremely clean and well maintained. Nicely paved sites with room for 2 cars to fit comfortably in front of your rig. There’s multiple fenced in dog areas that are nice in size and clean. The people who work here are also extremely kind and helpful. The office has lots of little odds and ends you might need as well for convenience. For the price I truly think you can’t go wrong, the area it’s in isn’t the best since there’s really nothing around it but most people who stay here are stopping on their way through or working in the area. I felt extremely safe staying here while my husband was at work. If we were in the area again I would definitely come back to this trailer park, it’s the nicest park we’ve stayed at in a long time. Only cons are that it’s super windy (they can’t control the weather but it’s nice to know), because the fields behind the park have people constantly driving back and forth (and because of the wind) your cars will be dirty all the time no matter how much you wash them, and lastly they do have an ant problem. We had ants everywhere in our trailer the whole 2 months we stayed there. We thought maybe it was just us but everyone else we knew staying there had the same issue. But overall I’d recommend:)

Love this place! Immaculate grounds, large easy pull through sites, lush green grass beside concrete pads, super friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were spotless. Has hot tub, pool, kids play area, 3 laundry facilities, a dog wash, and two dog parks. |It was 79.00 US for a 70’ pull through site…they also have 100’ pull through ones. Very safe. Just off highway US101. Accessibility is great. | Store and office located on site, Quiet, and had a good night rest. Grocery bargain outlet less than 8 minute drive, and a few Mexican restaurants as well. We stayed here enroute back to Canada. Will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. |I love a clean, well maintained RV spot, keep up the great work YANKS ❤️.

Great Park , nice and clean with happy polite staff and two dog parks that are both large and clean with grass. Gated to keep out the riff raff and decent rates especially for California. It does get pretty windy most days during the day but keeps the park nice and cool.

I am happy we stayed here. The park is very clean and the showers are well maintained. There is a weird package situation. If you order something from Amazon, no matter what they will mark it as undeliverable and return it to the post office. One of the friendly workers will go pick it up (always before noon) and have it there for you. It was unusual but we got everything we needed so all good. The location is really nice. I enjoyed strolling around the park. The hot tub is really nice too. You're about 40ish minutes from the western entrance to Pinnacles and about 15 minutes to the grocery store. The staff here were very nice. I always like getting escorted into the spot. All in all I would recommend it and return

Nous avons fait le tour de la Californie et c'est le meilleur parc de RV que nous avons vu de toutes nos vacances. Propre, calme, bel aménagement paysager, belles tables de pique-nique , vue sur les montagnes. Cet havre de paix était juste parfait!!!!

I am a grouchy old man of 76 and i don't like much of anything. However, RVs, this is the place!! Restrooms/showers are clean, modern and convenient. Cement areas for your rv. Hookups great. Trees are short. Facilities are all super! Staff nice. Saddly, my grandkids won't let me live here.🤨

Amazing!! Clean, comfortable, safe, and met all our needs! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to a friend.|Only con- some live there full-time. Full-time neighbor worked on his motorcycle engine a lot, so was a bit loud a few afternoons.

We had a great camping experience at Yanks. There are many clean amenities, including a dog park. Every site is spacious, safe, and very well kept.
