Y Motel - Motel in Blackfoot - 1375 S Broadway St, USA

My brother just moved into town and we got him an apartment here for the month. The hotel was disgusting, the manager was bitchy and acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. She never had any normal business hours, she just decided to be open whenever convenient for her. They required $450.00 for the month rent $100 safety deposit and a $100 pet deposit. When my brother checked in we walked in the room and their was cigarette ashes all over the room, a dirty nasty pillow case hanging from the window. That screams crackhead as soon as a person sees that. we took the pillowcase down and threw it away and the manager actually called me and complained about us throwing the pillow case away that she tried to use as a curtain, Are you SERIOUS???? What normal establishment thinks it is totally Okay to use a pillow case as a curtain? The manager was always bitchy, basically never had the business open, only to collect money. My brother and I spent the whole evening cleaning his room out and they refused to give back the deposit. The actual owner himself I called and talked to him and he blatantly lied about the deposit. He said that there was wholes all over. There was one whole in the wall that happened when my brother and I were moving stuff in because they did a crappy patch job, the owner even admitted it was a horrible patch job but still refused to give my brother back the deposit. We could have got my brother into an awesome studio apartment for the money that was spent.

The worst place to rent from in town! We moved in about 2months. Ago and the managers were very rude they act like they are better than everyone,not only that but they are very nosey they have to know who is at your apartment at all times it seemed. They don't even follow thier leases the right way. Had multiple problems with them and he even made me cry then proceeded to tell me "don't cry it doesn't look Good on you" the apartments are very nicely remodeled and I would have stayed but I can't handle the impeccable rudeness and noseyness I would not recommend this place at all half the time they aren't even here when the damn sign says open!

I've lived here over a year and the personal touch of the management and the other tenants have make it a better place and me not so scared

Newly remodeled, the owner is professional, polite, and quick to prevent criminals from staying. And long term rentals are available, as well as short term stays

My girl might pass away because it's so safe and well kept

Great place. Went to visit some friends and it was clean and had a good atmosphere.

Its apartments now...no rooms for daily rent...not a motel...rent went up when Utah business took over...bad place
