Best workout I've had in years! I tried an XFIT class 6 months ago and I've been hooked ever since. I was a complete beginner, with no previous kickboxing or martial arts experience and the coaches were amazing at brining me up to speed. All of the coaches are great. I've spent the most time with Payam and he is one of the best coaches I've ever had for any sport. I love that I'm able to learn new techniques and get an amazing workout all in one class. The other students are incredibly encouraging and it's a really fun group to be a part of. I highly recommend trying a class, but be forewarned that you might become addicted.

This place is great! I've been doing both the kickboxing classes and the personal training with coach Payam and getting back into shape in middle age. Energetic atmosphere and positive vibes. Payam knows how to pace you but also constantly challenge you. Definitely recommend!

Excellent coaches and mulitple times avaialable. I have knee issues so I can adjust the work out to optimize my growth without stressing my joints. I love that I can push as hard as I want to reach my level for development. I am very grateful to have found XMA. The coaches are kind and helpful. I attend the boxing, kickboxing, and x fit class. It is nice that you learn real mma striking techniques while getting in great cardio and conditioning. I love mma and being able to learn is such a privilege

We love this gym and the staff. Our daughter has been coming here for a couple of years and we are so happy. The staff is great. Not only are they teaching the kids martial arts, they also teach respect and kindness. Awesome place.

The BEST Martial Arts Gym for Kids and Adults! I've been coming to XMA for over 4 years for the X-Fit Kickboxing. There is a reason why I drive from San Jose to Los Gatos almost every day. The community is awesome. The classes will make you sweat like crazy and their fun!! Everyone is welcoming which is nice if you are someone looking to try any of the classes. I say, "JUST DO IT"! You got nothing to loose, beside gain and be a better version of yourself! All the Coaches are phenomenal! Thank you XMA!!!

The instructors do an amazing job teaching martial art to all ages. My kids have learned many skills from defense and offense. They incorporate fun actives that kids enjoy and look forward to. They also have personal trainers if you are looking to get into better shape. Best of all, they make feel like family.

I’ve been training weekly with Payam at XMA Fitness for almost two years now and continue to love every minute of it. While it does serve to break up the monotony of my typical daily workout, the truth of the matter is that this is the one workout each week that I really look forward to. Workouts with Payam are personalized and engaging. We mix up kickboxing exercises and weight training with some lighthearted trash talking. 😆 As my skills improve, he adds more difficult combinations to the workouts. If I’m not feeling well one day, he will adjust the workout accordingly. Everything is personalized to your ever-changing needs. I’ve also seen his group classes in action for the kids and they are always having fun with the staff and working hard. This is a great place to check out if you are looking to get stronger, learn and hone your fighting skills, and have fun at the same time!

I've been going to XMA 2x/wk for 6+ months and enjoy the combination of exercise and martial art skill development. Great bunch of students as well.
