Outstanding service and communication throughout the ticket process. When upgrade to permission was required, asked only for what was needed. Reminded us to remove excessive permission after remediation. Daily follow-up regardless of status change, communicating next steps and what or whom we were waiting on. This level of communication and transparency is what differentiates both Robert and Xterra.

A.R. did research on what our issue was, had Lenovo come to do some work on the computer, and then came in himself to re-image the computer per Lenovo's suggestion. He ensured we had all our apps properly installed on the computer after this re-imaging. Was nice to work with him in person. Friendly and personable. Thank you for the assistance on this issue. Hopefully both lab computers are crash free now.

I've worked with Xterra Solutions for over a year now. Customer service is great! They work fast to assist and resolve any issues we have. They are easy to contact via email or phone call. No more than 24-48 hours go by without a response/communication.
