Ben is awesome and definitely knows his stuff! Without a doubt, if you are willing to work with Ben, I can guarantee you will improve your running abilities. He makes sure you have every resource you need as an athlete and I’m so lucky I found him. You won’t come across a program like XLR8 very often, so I would definitely give it a try. You won’t regret it!

The trip we made to the XLR8 Performance lab was not only incredible from a data analytics perspective, but also very fun and motivational for the two athletes I took with. It helped us gain a better understanding of their training levels/strategy as well as race strategy and overall potential. XLR8 is a great program. Ben has really helped take my running and confidence to the next level. He’s there to help and teach you throughout your running journey. And creates individualized workouts to strengthen your weaknesses.

The testing helped me to learn a lot about my body and how I can get better. Ben does a great job at explaining everything and what all the tests are for. He is very professional and respectful. Originally I came across XLR8 after seeing an Instagram post. I wasn’t 100% sure about going in to get tested but after reaching out and talking to Ben I knew I had to give it a try. Getting tested and joining the off-season program was the best decision I could have made! Everyone was so welcoming and I have grown so much not only as an athlete but also a person! Ben is so passionate and dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential and I would definitely recommend coming in and getting tested!
