XGT Fitness Visalia - Gym in Visalia - 315 E Main St B, USA

This has been the perfect gym for me. They help me track my progress, the coaches listen to your concerns and work with you to reach your goals, and its small group based workouts. Everyone there has been wonderful and you really get out what effort you put into it.

XGT really is a unique experience. Prior to XGT, I was doing CrossFit for a few years, which I did enjoy, but it wasn’t sustainable. I needed something more functional. The workouts are great and really push you and the technology that they use is something I’ve never seen before. Shout out to the Coaches there as well! Overall great environment, in a great looking studio.

This gym will push you to new limits, motivate you to show up, and help you along your fitness and nutrition journey! It is a family like environment where the trainers know your name, the members are friendly, and you feel comfortable no matter what shape or size. Love this place!

Update: Since my first review, I am now a coach in Visalia and an owner in San Luis Obispo! I enjoyed it so much as a member, got all my results from them, that I now work there and own my own studio! It’s work that doesn’t feel like work, it’s what I love to do and am excited to be able help others gain results as well! The best environment to work in and still my go to for all my fitness needs! When I’m not coaching, you can find me in a session working out with you all! XGT is a studio that offers group training. It goes above and beyond typical group training classes by providing monthly reprogramming where your coaches check your measurements, weight, and body fat to ensure you are on the best fitness and nutrition plan. Even though the classes are with a group, there will never be more than 10 in class. This helps ensure the coaches are able to have the sessions tailored around each client's personal goals and levels. Each client has their own box they workout in. The coaches explain the workouts and help you pick out the equipment that is right for you. We do not share equipment and we all sanitize the equipment we use at the end of every class. The studio has a bathroom with a shower and also lockers to store your belongings while working out. This studio has provided me with the ability to drop body fat while building muscle. Everyone who attends class is super friendly and wants you to achieve your goals. The coaches are very knowledgeable and actually want you to see results. They work with you and legitimately care about each person who attends. I have been working out with these coaches for over 3 years and am still seeing results. At XGT we are like a family. It's more than a class, more than a fad, it's a lifestyle. Together we are really more at XGT!

Absolutely enjoy being part of the coaching team here! Our focus on individualized attention is a key aspect—limiting our workouts to 12 clients allows us to dedicate personalized care to each individual. Moreover, every client enjoys their designated spot with their own equipment reserved.

Workouts are fun and challenging Our coaches are very knowledgeable fun and helpful. I have lost a few pounds since I signed up. If I miss a fee sessions my body looks for the workouts

I really recommend this place, super friendly. If you don't like going to the gym like me, this is the place for you. they have awesome music and groups are small which is great. intensity to the core <3. Love it
