Very disappointed in the way I was treated today. The representative wasn't helpful at all. Didn't even look at my phone to help me with the problem. He said that for $13.35 and hour he was not an expert. Taking my business some where else. I ask for the manager he wasn't even there. That store is run by very unprofessional agents.

I went to return boxes from my old address, and the Agent with initials kjs turned off my cable to my new address. Since then I've been on the phone for 2 hours trying to get it corrected. So freaking a irritating. Maybe instead of all the talking they are doing, they should pay attention to what the customer is asking for. Very unprofessional!

Stay clear of this location they totally misrepresented me this is not a Xfinity store. It’s a third-party store and I did not know it nor did they tell me I bought a cell phone and conjunction with my Internet plan. I was told I was getting $15 credit towards my Internet service. the credit was never replied, I had to go to a corporate store just to speak to somebody very disappointed very misleading. Do not go to this location. If you need to get something done make sure you go to a corporate store again very misleading and they lie directly to your face while they smile at you, I had bad experience here had no follow up changes to the mistakes they make the corporate location says when I went to their store, they got a lot of people from these third-party stores with complaints so do yourself a favor. Take the time find the direct location of Xfinity again stay clear stay clear of this location they will drain your pockets and caused you many headaches to correct everything

Today, I visited the Xfinity store at greenacres and had an excellent experience. Mr. Zach was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. He quickly addressed my concerns, provided clear information, and ensured that all my questions were answered and my problem was resolved.The overall service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this location for any Xfinity needs! And please ask for Zach.

This department is completely disgusting and also their phone services I was lied to about a phone promotion and saving money on my internet bill and then come to find out after they overcharge me they don't want to fix any of the bills and double charge me for another month of service I went to ask for the manager and the the manager is never in the office. I have been coming back when the customer service representative told me that the manager would be at the store no response and there's nothing that they can do and to call the customer service number if I have any issues and when I do so the customer service representatives tell me to go to the store of which I made the deal and I keep on getting the runaround they continue to temporary discontinue my service when there is no billing issue and there's no service issue. I am not receiving my full services of which I pay for which is completely disgusting their power outages that they don't seem to warn us about made me lose a lot of money within my business. I highly recommend not working specifically with this store or Xfinity because they do not know how to operate or provide at least answers to questions that you might have on the regards of your bill. They will take your money first and never answer any of your questions. I was fraudulently sold a deal for my mobile services that has now made me pay twice as more than I did when I did not have the services combined. Unprofessional workers in this establishment on professional establishment. Not good whatsoever and will be reporting to the better Business bureau and also other search engine optimizations because the clients that use the service need to know what is happening and it's unjustified. Disgusting service.

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. The store representative ( Ryan) fraudulently created multiple lines and added them to my account and took out a phone in my name. I came in needing a SIM card for my phone and he created a mess on my account. He asked for my ID for "verification of identify" but little did I know that it was a lie to take out a phone I didn't even need. I've reported it to xfinity but nothing has been done yet. My next stop is the police department.
