Would love to order again to give them a valid 4 stars. Not bad for my first time . Missing my favorite Mountain Dew but the oxtail was amazing and it wasn’t even warm so the cook did their thing. Cornbread was nice and juicy. Must try again

I’m From Nc a friend told me about this Xcellent soul food and I’m SayinG You won’t regret eating here. The customer service was AMAZING THEY GET U IN AND OUT WITH A SMILE AND TO ME THAT MEANS ALOT THE COLLARD GREENS COOKED JUST HOW I LIKE IT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND XCELLENT SOUL FOOD

My oh my! Never did I think there was amazing quality Soul Food at an affordable price, minutes from my house! I ordered through Uber Eats, and even still, the food quality was so good it could rival my Grandparents cooking. Key word “could”! Top 5 Soul Food in BK, it’s not even close. -Fried Shrimp, tartar sauce -Mac & Cheese -Candied Yams

Food is delicious although the cornbread lack taste. Not accessible. You have to step up to the high door. I have a Total Knee Replacement on one leg abdomen bone on bone in the other knee. I had a tough time stepping down out the door.

Me and my friend were looking for a bite to eat and stumbled upon this place let me just say the food is sooooo fire. We ordered the Oxtail, honey garlic wings, Mac and cheese and the yams. We have nothing bad to say about this place the food is really that good

The fish was made to order, which was nice. The mac & cheese was good, but kinda bland, same with the greens. The candied yams were good. Cornbread was a bit dry.

Please don’t order no Seafood gumbo from here !!!!! The WORST I ever had , especially knowing canned salmon was in it…..SMH I’m so pissed I wasted my money

I placed my order for turkey wings, collard greens, mac & cheese, and a side order of yams. The lady was cleaning the food warmer with a dirty sudsy rag. I noticed the sudsy water spilling over into the yams pan, while she was cleaning. I brought it to her attention, and requested that she bring out another pan for my order. The lady was very rude in her response back to me. She aggressively asked me what else I wanted, and never switched out the pan of yams. I told them to cancel my order, and walked out.I stood outside for about 5 mins to see if she would change out the yams, and she NEVER DID! PLEASE KEEP GOING, UNLESS YOU LIKE DIRTY SUDSY FOOD!
