They have taken $100 on 4/15/24 then I found out my neighbor hacked my system and I had to buy camera alternative now they refuse to refund my money. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY FILE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO TRY TO GET A REFUND. I will never do business with them again may they reap as they've sown

I have been a Wyze customer many years supporting them through their exceptional growth, except I'm done. Their customer service/support hit a new LOW today. I was on the phone with a person who asked at least 6 times the same questions, had no answers and could not troubleshoot my issue. It was starting to feel like a bad dream and I started to get angry. The level of incompetence was astounding and I am completely done with this company who provides no "support" and after 34 minutes could only repeat themself OVER AND OVER AGAIN. When I asked for someone else this person said I could not speak with anyone else. I then asked for a supervisor and this person said it would have to be via email. Email is not going solve my issue and the idea of handing off an issue that's already to a point of escalation is not effective via email. I own 6 Wyze cameras, 5 Wyze Air Purifiers, 5 Wyze Bulbs/Color, 3 Wyze LED light strips, a Wyze lamp, Wyze scale, Wyze headphones, Wyze Garage controller/camera, Wyze door lock, and I'm done. I've wasted all this money and time for a company that has built a reputation for scaling at an incredible level while falling off the cliff in how it offers assistance and support. Super Sad. I'm going to purchase similar products from a different company that actually can support their customers. This has been a horrendous experience!

I wish I could give negative stars. This has been the very worst experience I have ever experienced. Devices fail, company refuses to refund you for services you can’t use due to their devices failing. Customer service is not helpful at all. Avoid this company at all cost.

Products are great until you have to contact customer service. Try seeing your subscriptions or updating your payment method, and you can’t. Try contacting chat, and you go round and round without resolution and can’t get to a supervisor. Try calling and you’ll have to call back multiple times bc their phone keeps disconnecting after you’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Finally get through and start from the beginning again and again while their phone system keeps dropping the calls. Try getting a supervisor and there’s no way to do it—they will email you in 24 hours. Calling my card company to block charges from Wyze.

Wyze cameras, subscription and customer service is TERRIBLE!! With NO notice I was charged for a 2nd year of storage for 3 cameras (I reported to them I only had 2 and cancelled the service) they REFUSE A REFUND FOR THE CHARGES!!! I literally asked for it to be cancelled for the upcoming year. 1 of the cameras has broken. The 2 I have left have been “offline” on the 2 events I actually needed them for. I did not realize this was a reoccurring membership. I also received NO notifications or emails stating there would be a charge. No have not gotten any help when I reached out about the tech issues this year.

Terrible customer service. Signed up for a year subscription and got charged monthly rate. Not a single person via chat can help you, and they can’t talk on phone or provide anybody in America to talk to. Do not do business with this company!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!! I have tried to order multiple times from this company and every time they cancel my order after it is made. It's like they don't want to sell their merchandise. Maybe it's a blessing that I cant get them to sell me anything. I have even called them and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to get my order created only to be told that it has been and then receive emails 10 minutes after I get off the call, notifying me they have cancelled my order due to fraud. I have been emailing back and forth with over 6 different reps at this point and no one seems to be able to help and just passes me to the next person. They also don't honor any of their promotions and when you try to call to get them to, they cancel your order. I tried calling their HQ and it went straight to a random automated voicemail that didn't include any company info. It was the generic, "This caller is not available. Leave a message at the tone" DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. So Shady!

BEWARE: I have to start by saying I’ve been a loyal Wyze customer since they started this company. I own everything from the original cams, outdoor cams, v3 cams, security system, scale, door lock, plugs, bulbs, you name it, I have it. I also have a yearly subscription of Cam+ which now I see was a mistake to buy as I’m locked in for at least 1 more year with the cams when I want to get away from this company now. Extremely shady company!!! Very easy to buy something but extremely hard to make a return. I’ve tried everything from my account page, Live Chat, and clicking on the return link on their website and I’m unable to get any where to even start the return. If you have any issue and need to return the item, GOOD LUCK!!!
