Wyndham Visalia - Hotel in Visalia - 9000 W Airport Dr, USA

I wish I could write a positive review. Unfortunately, our room had no hot water in the shower. The only response I received from the staff was it was too early for them to be bothered because the maintenance person wasn't working yet. I was shocked. They wanted us to wait around for them, we had an appointment in 45 minutes that could not be missed. The entire reason we stopped and stayed at this place was the proximity to our destination so we could get ready in the morning for said appointment. Cold shower and bad morning manager attitude is all I received. The night staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The Bartender was very friendly. Our food was also great. Had the tacos and they were very fresh and flavorful. Also a very large portion.

We had an excellent stay for our class reunion. We had a get-together Friday evening in Mahogany’s bar-about 40 of us. Food and service were wonderful! Saturday evening was our reunion. The set-up was exactly what we discussed, the food and service were top-notch! Rave revues for their salmon and chicken/beef dinner duo. Nice outside and inside pool areas, great parking (free) and great service!

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and overall a nice stay. Room was clean, everything was in order and was impressed by the bathroom. Staff was helpful. Indoor pool was cool, sucks we didn't have time to jump in but a cool addition.

We had our Vietnam Veterans of America meeting at this hotel this past weekend and found it to be very good for our needs. The staff was very friendly in all areas and the hotel was well maintained. | Internet was not very good though.|However, the friendliest of the staff was very evident. I wish to acknowledge the food service in the restaurant with Rick, as our server, was very good indeed. He was very attentive and visited our table often to ensure our dining experience was going well.|I had the pumpkin dinner special and it was a real treat.||A very good hotel and restaurant experience overall.

I have received nothing but the very best service from the Wyndham Visalia. I have been going to this facility for a number of years. It is always the best that I could ever expect. The staff is beyond belief in the excellent service they provide. From the time I arrive to the time I leave, I am made to feel that I am the most important person at their facilities. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family

Our room was in the hotel's annex- it was really aging and not in very good condition. The carpet was worn and stained. The bathroom paint was peeling and chipped. But the beds were comfy. It had a very nice outdoor pool (freezing) and a great patio. The main building was in much better condition than the annex. Wish we could have stayed in that building. The breakfast area was nice, but not worth the cost we had to pay for a so-so meal. The service all around was very good.

Positive: The room was clean. I felt my car was safe in the parking area. Negative: Staff was strange. At the lounge we waited for ice for our drinks. My drink was only 3/4 full. Bartender said she put the 2 oz and offered more ice. Breakfast took a long time for coffee and croissants (2) to go. Coffee sucked. Everyone was new. Strange.

This hotel is always our go to for a trip away, and it has a great location and the staff is always friendly and welcoming, they’re communicative, and helped us get forks pretty late. The check out time happens to be a plus! You can’t beat it!
