It is a beautiful building and catches your eyes for sure. The location is perfect!! I had a view from the 28th floor and the was pretty awesome. The check in clerk was very polite. Hallways was clean and so was the room. I did not know we had to pay for parking until checking in. The decor is kind of outdated. My room did have a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was pretty hard and leaned a little. Upon walking in to the room it had a very nice clean smell. Over all I would stay there again.

I was in town for an event and needed to leave my car at the hotel. To my surprise the staff was not only to allow me to leave the car in the deck but let me also check in. The room was on a high floor, hallways are a little dated but my room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. Only thing not perfect was the AC unit. It worked fine but was incredibly loud when it kicked on and off. Lobby area shows its age but it’s at least clean. I did not purchase the breakfast so cannot comment on the food. I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in the area!

Definitely a hotel that could use some updating, definitely wasn’t aware of the hotel’s financial situation at time of stay. Elevators were working, there was a convention going on at the time of our stay. It was a bit noisy of a building, very creaky! Beds were fine, everything was clean. The bathroom needed some work, the toilet was broken when we attempted to flush it. Employees were welcoming and friendly. If this hotel stays open, I hope it’s revamped a bit more for current guests. But for a one-night out-of-town emergency stay, it covered the basics. Did not try the restaurant, but Starbucks right there is a plus.

Floors were ripped in the hallways, and room. They were duct taped back together. The pool was musky and smelled and dimly lit. The outlet was cracked and broken in half and missing half of it. The phone in the room did not work. They DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST if there are only 10 And under people total at the hotel. THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED DOWN. THERE IS ALSO NO ROOF PENTHOUSE BAR AS ADVERTISED AND SHOWN. It’s been closed for 4 years since Covid. The WiFi didn’t reach nor connect in our room. We feel 100% lied to for bait switch. We drove 2 hours there to find all of this out and had already paid. Stains on the carpet and bedding also. When calling for a complaint and refund they claim we didn’t paid for the hotel to stay in the room not the other stuff so that stuff being closed isn’t part of the service or stay problem.

Our stay was comfortable, room average, but the only option for breakfast in this hotel is a Starbucks. It is close to a wonderful Italian restaurant, Saputos. We could walk there for dinner. It is very easy from the Wyndam to walk to the special Lincoln sites, which we did and enjoyed.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and it was a Hilton. Then it was class act. Now I can’t recommend it to anyone. The kids with us were so anxious to go to the pool and when we got down there, the water was yellow, and there was a smell. You expect a chlorine smell, but we didn’t smell any chlorine at all. It was not clean. It looked like someone may have run a vacuum in the walking path, but the corners and the bathroom was not scrubbed clean. The worst situation was the elevators. There was only one working and that one was barely working. We waited 30 minutes most times for an elevator to come and had to call downstairs and get the freight elevator to come and get us off the eighth floor. We had to be at the state fair for 4-H judging and we were late although we left plenty early.

Here's the expanded review:||||---||||This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t provide a refrigerator or microwave in the room. There were signs near the elevators indicating the presence of ice and soda machines, but instead, there was only a small freezer with pre-bagged ice. At one point, these bags were repackaged into grocery store-style plastic bags, and the next day, we found half-full bags of store-bought ice. The way the ice was repackaged and handled raises concerns about sanitation, making it unsuitable for use in any drink.||||I was on the 15th floor and was instructed to use elevators 4, 5, or 6. I waited over ten minutes for one of these elevators to reach the lobby, all the while watching elevators 1, 2, and 3 come and go multiple times. Eventually, I decided to use one of these other elevators, only to discover it didn’t stop on floors below 15. Other guests on the 14th floor mentioned they were riding to the 15th floor and then walking down a flight because of the slow movement of elevators 4, 5, and 6.||||The rooms were decent and clean, but the clocks were not set correctly, and adjusting them required a tiny eyeglass-sized screwdriver to remove the top of the proprietary Hilton clocks. This made setting the alarm a frustrating and nearly useless task. For an upscale hotel, I was disappointed.

This hotel was not the greatest. We got there and front desk staff was very very kind. However, the building isn’t very clean. The bedroom didn’t look like the photos. It was very small. The telephone didn’t work, the ac wasn’t working when we first got there, you had to pay for parking, and there were stains on the carpets and some pillows. The only good part of it was the location as there is a lot around it to do. Overall, I would’ve paid a little extra and stayed somewhere else.

The employees working when we arrived on 01/17, late afternoon, were absolutely amazing. There was an issue with the dates with our online reservation (my fault) and they were beyond patient and helpful to the best of their ability. I also witnesse

I love this place ! Just have one minor complaint; they recently got rid of jalapeños and stopped cutting their veggies into smaller pieces - so the chunks are bigger. I usually add jalapeños when I get home and cut my veggies.

Nice people, great coffee (that they roast themselves) and a relaxing atmosphere! They have more than just vanilla for sugar free syrups too! The sugar free white chocolate was yummy. The cream cheese Danish was fresh, tasty and enough for 2 to share

This is an old city experience that reminded me of neighborhoods in old east coast cities like Boston or Philadelphia. It's a quiant neighborhood bar and restaurant with the atmosphere of a 90 year old place that hasn't changed very much. Loved it. T
