Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal / I Drive - Hotel in Orlando - 5855 American Way, USA

The hotel was very nice! No complaints except how loud the a/c was. The room is too hot without it on, and when you do run it, it’s extremely loud. The staff were talkative and friendly, and our room was very clean. The luggage carts were available easily and I like the fact that there was a shower wand. The plugs weren’t loose and wiggling like some of the other hotels. There was a fridge which made storing food easy.

Amazing place, so clean and elegant and luxury and very modern as well. you can tell right away, and just how it’s presented in the pictures it’s the same way in person maybe even better. And there front desk staff is amazing, only sad thing I don’t remember their names but they all were just amazing from morning team to night shift team as well And the rooms are nice sizes the beds comfortable and the rooms is very clean thanks to the housekeepers staff never got a chance to meet them but the room was spotless. and your in walking distance of many restaurants. IHOP for breakfast or red lobster for dinner beautiful clean area very safe. All around just amazing area and amazing property only thing they don’t have is a shuttle service to the team parks that’s all but definitely would recommend this place every day out the week hopefully one day I can return

We had a wonderful stay! The positive experience started just when Tina checked us in :-) She was the sweetest! Our room was spacious and clean and offered everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. We loved the 24/7 complimentary coffee in the lobby, free parking, the pool and we were glad they even had a self-service laundry room. Breakfast is not included but the prices were absolutely fair considering that our breakfast was really good, lovingly prepared and the service was super friendly. If you are fit, you can walk from the hotel to the Universal Studios. It took us about 20 minutes, which was a great morning walk. Should we ever come back to Orlando, we will always choose this hotel again!

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Orlando. We stayed here for my sons birthday last summer and we just checked out today after staying there again for his birthday this year! Rooms are always clean, location is perfect. Staff is super super friendly and welcoming always! I have no complaints and if I find myself in Orlando again, this is where I’ll be staying AGAIN!!

My stay was short but wonderful. Staff very nice and polite. Nice and clean room just enough space. Not to mention the location is perfect right in the middle of a lot of things. Breakfast was wonderful. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you!

The service at the front desk was great. Our room was narrow but plenty of room for 2 people for the price we paid. The room was very nice and clean. No complaints here!!! Would definitely recommend.

First off I did to give a shout out to Jewel who was fantastic and made sure we got the best accessible room for my wife and I. This location is very clean with a good looking pool and a well appointed fitness center. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and is pretty good. I didn't hit the bar but it looks like a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink, or two after a hot Florida day.
