HUGE VERY Clean, rooms compared to most reasonably priced room anywhere near Manhattan. Shout out to housekeeping! Nice touch including breakfast. Always friendly folks at the front desk. However, although Subway was about 1 1/2 blocks from hotel about 1/2 from the front door was a memorial to a stabbing victim who apparently died. Can't say I was thrilled to see that everytime we left. Shout ourt to the 7 or 8 NYPD officers that stood on that corner on the weekend every evening and smiled! Thanks!

This hotel is a scam. I made a reservation and then I canceled the same day because they were located in NJ while my destination was NY. It was my first time going to New York, so I don't know this place very well. So I cancel my 2-day reservation, to my surprise I notice a week later that they didn't refund me. I call customer service, they told me they can't refund me. Unbelievable. I'm not going to let you go like that with my money, it's really a scam.

The hotel seems to be getting less up keep than Years before. Lobby smelled like raw sewage. My room wasn’t cleaned well. Toothpaste residue on counter. Towels had holes and bed sheet had holes. No hangers. No clock. Housekeeping entered my room as I was napping!! No knock or identifying themselves the person just walked in!! Front desk was contacted and they looked into it and identified it was the housekeeping manager. Bad business!! Carolina and Robert and the breakfast is the only good thing about this hotel. The two employees were very helpful and addressed my issues. They were very professional and friendly. That’s why I give this hotel 2 stars for great front desk service. Otherwise I give it zero.

I'm currently still staying in this hotel and it has been wonderful! The staff at the front desk are amazing, they greet you every time you walk past the desk. There was a problem with the jacuzzi in my first room so they upgraded me for free to a room with a working jacuzzi. Breakfast is free and I'm pretty sure they extend it past the 1030 window. Location is great for people who need to use public transportation. Everything is clean and quiet. My only con would be the curtains in the room are sheer so the sun shines brightly in the morning into the room, not enough of a problem to lose a star. Reminder that this hotel is brand new so they are still working out kinks but I had no problems. I would definitely stay here again!

They turned this beautiful hotel into a homeless shelter...how sad.

The hotel is nice and clean in the rooms. But the hallway need some work the elevator was fine. The front desk on my arrival much confused they need to train their people a little better. However when I had a problem didn't know how to work the air condition one of the managers I think was a manager was very helpful. Also the charge for guest parking is off the chain way overpriced. The other thing is, the hotels that I've been in and out of for over 50 years never took my money up front they always allowed me to pay upon departure with a hold on the card until check out.That was a dilemma. The lady at the front desk took my cash and the card and charged me full price for the wrong + a $100 cash of which I have not received back yet. It was quite an experience upon arrival.

Buried in a residential neighborhood. Modern hotel with well designed modern rooms.with a clean sleek feel. Valet parking is 25 per day unless you can find street parking. Complimentary breakfast is OK. It's served in what feels like a meeting room. Upper floors have a great view of Queens with Manhattan in the distance. Walking distance to shops and eateries.

The hotel itself is great! It's situated in a quiet neighborhood in Flushing, Queens and many restaurants and bus stops are within walking distance. The rooms are rather spacious and very clean. Came with most everything except a microwave, which I found myself wanting more often than not. The bathroom was very nice looking but the "hot" water was only lukewarm, making showering somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, just your standard fare. All in all, it's a nice place to stay for a few days. I would definitely book again!
