My stay was amazing! We went for an event in town and we’re worried about traveling in the city. The front desk was so helpful and provided a shuttle to and from the event! They couldn’t have made it any easier!! The shuttle driver was so nice and accommodating. The room was warm when we entered which was great since it was snowing. The sheets were so soft and everything was very clean. Great stay over all.

This location was perfect for us. We were VERY impressed with the whole hotel. The building is clean looking and modern, the check-in was quick and easy, the room was larger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the small apartment sized refrigerator was a welcomed surprise. The staff were friendly and accommodating to every request we had. This location was a great choice for a visitor to the area. We were a little fearful of the noise level being close to the hospital, but it is the opposite side of the hospital building from the Emergency Room and main entrances so the noise is at a minimum. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
Best hotel in Buffalo! I stay with friends yearly for an event and each stay is as great as the last. All the rooms are perfect for our needs and very clean. Shuttle is a wonderful bonus to get you around the city safely! Thank you so much to the whole team, see you next year!
The staff are amazing! Check in was easy. Tracy was both kind and informative. The night clerk was so pleasant. I wish I remembered his name.

This location was great. Close to downtown. They offer a free shuttle, which was amazing. Both drivers were fantastic. All the staff were very helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows were nice too. Bathrooms very clean. On the go breakfast was okay. Wish they offered a few more selections, but overalls, we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

From the front desk concierge to the shuttle drivers, cafeteria, and housekeeping - everyone was extremely professional and displayed kindness at all times during my stay. Christine and Nate are just two of the wonderful staff I spoke with during my stay —they were all amazing people. The location is conveniently near the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and I had a great view.
