The staff were very welcoming and professional. Flight arrived early and manager allowed us to check-in early without a charge, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I stayed with my two teenagers and felt safe. Nice renovations, made for a comfortable stay. Appreciate that there wasn’t a charge to park. As some reviewers mentioned key card had to be reset twice during our stay, sink drained slow, there wasn’t a microwave and it would have been a nice touch to include breakfast with stay. We stayed 4 nights.
The receptionist the was very helpful courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was overwhelming for the cashier and the servers. People were standing in line waiting for plates and food. The hotel management knew there was an event and a lot of people were staying at this location but they were not prepared. People got frustrated and the cashier was losing her cool because people were coming at her with all the questions. Requesting more food, requesting plates and spoons. I did not even bother to go for breakfast the next morning.
We were put up here over night by Delta, due to a missed connection for an international flight . I can't comment about the price since I don't know what it was as Delta picked up the tab! But I'll share the good and bad. The good: It is a newer hotel, the rooms were spacious and the public areas attractive. They had a decent bar and a restaurant, where the food was good enough (for an airport hotel!). The breakfast was also good and every single one of the staff was super friendly and cheerful. The bad: this is a big one! The shuttle took FOREVER both from the airport and then back to the airport. We waited at least 15 minutes to get to the hotel and it was almost full and could only take 4 of our travelers, leaving 16 behind. They only have one shuttle so it would have been another 30 minutes before the next one - so we all took a taxi. Then the next morning, the 11 am shuttle didn't arrive until 11:45 and even though we told the front desk that we were 16 people, they did not bring the bigger shuttle. Once the driver arrived had to walk to the bigger bus and swap it out. Because of the shuttle mess, I gave it 3 stars. If you take out that problem, it would be 4!
My flight was delayed so I had to spend the night at a local hotel. I selected this hotel based on the first few reviews. I was not disappointed.
The front desk service was thorough and professional. The lobby aesthetic was nondescript and it didn’t feel like a normal hotel lobby. It was long, the walls and floors were white and bare. So, the energy of the lobby was cold and it lacked a story about the hotel. I was surprised that the front desk was set off in a corner and not the center. The lobby could have been anywhere and associated with anything. I suggest designing it in a more warm and welcoming manner.
The room was spacious and it appeared clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. In the morning the room was illuminated by the sun, which I absolutely love. The bathroom appeared spotless and the there was an abundance of towels, face towels and wash cloths. And all of these items appeared well cared for, meaning they weren’t discolored or tattered. In addition, while there isn’t a light fixture set in the middle of the ceiling, there are light fixtures beside the beds and on the desk and they illuminate the room perfectly in the evening.
I recently stayed at the Wyndham Atlanta Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. Neel Patel, the front desk agent, made my experience exceptional. From the moment I checked in, Neel was both helpful and professional, ensuring that all my needs were met. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel, especially with such outstanding staff like Neel Patel.
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The services were perfect. The rooms were clean. Adequate and safe packing. The life band shows were very relaxing. We really enjoyed it. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody.
After a long day of flying we decided to spend the night in Atlanta before driving back to Augusta. The hotel is very clean. The bed was wonderful as were the pillows. The room also had plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging all our devices. It was good to get a good night of rest before driving home.
Hotel was very clean . Our room was very clean too. The bed was very comfortable with like new sheets. The bathroom was well stocked and the towels were like new also. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall we would recommend this hotel.
