I give it one whole star as I didn't see any bugs while we were there. I had a reservation. I even did their online check-in the day before, yet when we arrived at 8p and I greeted the clerk, she got a panicked look on her face and said they may not have any rooms available. I reiterated that I had a reservation and she stammered for a minute, then told us to wait 20 minutes while she got something set for us. We did finally get a room, but it had been so heavily sprayed with chemicals that the bed had been completely soaked and I had to request all new sheets.
The room itself was clean with new floors (poorly installed), but everything else was so shabby, it was like lipstick on a pig. The exterior was terribly run down - the stairs were so worn the carpet was shredded and the wood itself was worn through in spots! The room door had a deadbolt that didn't work, just spun wildly, and no chain lock either - major safety issue. And to add insult to injury, the TV didn't work.
Beware of the pictures posted - they have nice photos of places around town that aren't their hotel.
Made reservations as I was traveling from out of state. As soon as I walked in, I was told there were no rooms available. They even called me to ask if I was still arriving to which I confirmed my ETA. Desk clerk says, maybe they have rooms at next place. She probably called them ahead.||||Bottom line is, if you are a person of color, do not bother trying to stay here. Now, I may have to stay in my vehicle overnight as I start a new job tomorrow in Dodge City KS.
Shabby, smelly, worn out hotel, with some very unsavory-looking characters hanging about.
First room hadn't been cleaned. Tried another, which stank, and the carpet had more stains than remaining pattern. Ugh!
They were asking a few $ more than most other non-chain hotels on the main drag, all of whom had availability. I have very basic expectations from a hotel, but this was definitely not somewhere I was willing to stay.
The only positive thing I can say is that they refunded my cc without argument.
If your standards aren’t very high, it’s not a bad place to stay. I think “shoddy and shabby” would be complimentary. The room wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed in, but close.
Ok, we are usually Hampton overnighters, and the Uber driver looked at us like we must be mistaken, but the rooms were actually at least comfort inn level. Ours had a large fridge and good beds and ac. There was a laundry next door and the staff was very nice. The outside wasn’t great but we were fine with everything. Just don’t tell your friends in town where you are staying. We would go back.
We stayed there for 2 nights the staff was very friendly and helpful the place does need a little fixing up but the rooms were clean the bed was comfortable. It is pet friendly but there's no grass to walk your dog. They don't have a pool which was ok with us. I would definitely happily stay here again. When we got to the room we checked for bed bugs (there wasn't any) which was great but for the price you can't beat it.
Room was small but wonderful. Very clean. I tore apart the bed when I got in the room and found no bugs. Hard wood floor were beautiful. Decor git the room very well.Had everything we needed and for the price this place was amazing! Will definitely be staying here again! well. Bad thing was parking was hard to come by.
This hotel was awful! When I went to check in there was a phone number to call, the clerk was at Walmart! They’re a cruddy pillow in the lobby, a big glob of dark hair in the shower along with mold! And the floors were disgusting.
We came here from a bad experience in another restaurant and dang this was the best birria tacos I have had in a while. Uff the service, the cleanliness, etc. all 5 Stars. waitress super attentive, knew her menu and was super nice. Thanks, going home
Dog friendly. The pizza was some of the best we have ever had. Our kids love this place!
We tried the beer flight which came in a cupcake like tin and every glass was different so you get to try different beers. They all were great!
The best Mexican grocery Iâve ever been to. Was on the way to Phoenix and needed a late lunch. The tortillas are perfect and they have quite few protein/veggie options to load into the tortillas. You canât go wrong with anything they serve
Stopped in for a quick lunch and will be back. Food was great, service was fast and friendly, and prices were pretty reasonable. I got the bacon shrooms and Swiss burger.
This was one of the best museums I have ever visited, although I may be somewhat biased as I am obsessed with the wild West. The interactive displays were fun and informative, the information and artifacts were extensive, and you could tell the staff
The best sushi I have EVER had! I had the Dodge roll and my husband had the Tokyo roll. The gyoza and crab Rangoon and sesame chicken were delicious as well. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. We will definitely return the next
Heidi was very nice. I said my cats name is Simba like the Lion King and I held him up in the air and was like ayyyyy de Kenya! (Like in the Dianey movie) And she laughed it was a genuine laugh. Then there was a dog at the counter named Dexter I was
