Best crab Rangoon I've tasted!!!!!!!! The actual ramen was just ok. To me, it didn't have as much flavor as other spots but you could tell it's authentic ramen. It was crowded so clearly I'm the wrong one lol.
Plenty of free parking. Not the best views but that's not why you come here. You order from a kiosk then take your ticket to the cashier at the front. The food comes out QUICK and is beyond delicious. Very large amount of food and HIGH quality! Highly recommended this place. Woo-hoo for Wu's Ramen!
Absolutely tasty ramen. Which was as expected based on the reviews. But what was surprising more than anything else was their fried chicken. I didn't expect that to be on the menu and secondly I didn't expect it to be as tasty as it was. It was absolutely delicious! The dipping sauce that comes with it is sweet, tangy, spicy all at once and it was so tasty I went back asking if I can purchase it by itself. Unfortunately, it's made fresh daily and they only make an amount that would be for those who order the fried chicken. I mentioned to the manager to PLEASE sell this! And also, the friend chicken needs to be made into its own full meal of some sort.
The new Wu's Ramen in Oaklawn is a true hidden gem that deserves every bit of recognition. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for a treat, and I wasn't disappointed. What immediately sets The New Wu's Ramen apart is its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The dimly lit interior, adorned with subtle Asian-inspired decor, creates an ambiance that's both relaxing and authentic. It's the perfect setting for a comforting meal. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: The Spicy Miso Ramen. The menu offers a variety of options, each more enticing than the last. I decided to order the Spicy Miso Ramen, and it was a revelation. The broth, a combination of pork and chicken, was robust and flavorful, with a delightful kick of heat from the chili paste and chili oil. The generous toppings included tender slices of pork chashu, bean sprouts, green onion, corn, a perfectly cooked egg, sea weed, bok choy, and skinny chili. Each ingredient added layers of flavor and texture to every spoonful. It was a bowl of pure comfort and satisfaction with just the right amount of spice. But what truly surprised me was the depth of flavor in the broth. It was clear that the chefs at Wu's Ramen take their craft seriously. The umami notes were prominent, and the balance of flavors was impeccable. It's the kind of ramen that lingers on your taste buds long after the meal is over. Wu's Ramen is a delightful addition to Oaklawn's dining scene. If you're a ramen enthusiast or simply looking for a satisfying and flavorful meal, this restaurant should be at the top of your list. The dedication to quality, cozy ambiance, and exceptional service make it a five-star destination that I can't recommend highly enough. I'll be returning to explore more of their menu, and I encourage you to do the same!
The ramen was great. It was very flavorful and given a good portion. I went for the seafood option for my ramen and my girlfriend went for the vegetarian option. Ordering is self done at the kiosk ahead of the front door. You get lots of options to customize. The ramen tastes as good as it looks too.
The food is very good, the portion are nice. I played 14.99 for a bowl of ramen and I must say the portion I got was good for the price, the service is well. For people who have social anxiety this place it the best, it is mostly "self serve" since you have everything you need at your hands. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. Me and my family played an overall 125$ for 4 bowls of ramen, 2 orders of dumplings, 6 teas. So very much not that expensive considering the amount of food you get in the ramen. 10/10 recommend.
Atmosphere is aight, the food portion is very small compared to a lot of places I been to. The prices for this small portion is way over, but the flavors are there and they sure are delicious. They offer you add more on portion, so there's an option. But $15 for a small portion is way too much, but 4 stars for everything else and don't get me wrong it is good. Most toppings add when it's cold, but already cooked. (If they reheat the flavor would be gone) I had the spicy tonkatsu, the soup is creamy and buttery. The tonkatsu pork was crunchy and fatty. Delicious
Fantastic place for Ramen fans. I am one of them🙂 Miso Ramen had fantastic flavourful saturated broth with very distinctive miso taste, perfect for cold Chicago weather warm up. I added a couple extras to my soup and very much enjoyed them - mushrooms, spiced egg and extra pork. Very self serve oriented convenient place to eat and enjoy. Liked the self serve station in the middle with cups to go for those who can’t finish their yumminess at once. Definitely recommended and I would come back next time I am in the area.
The strawberry lemonade with mango boba was so good and tasted fresh. I always go to Chinatown for boba but find myself in the oak lawn area a lot, Iâd have to say this boba tea shop is better than others in the area. Also the taro crepe cake was l

Cozy and cute place for milk tea. It's amazing that they have every Asian snack here. The milk tea tastes really natural like you can taste the tea, not just all sweet milk like many places in Chinatown. Totally recommended ð Just found out they s
