I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Brad on a warranty replacement. We are still very happy with our coffee brewer and the customer service here has been fantastic!

Absolutely the worst customer service level and support to their customers. They will not support their own products with parts. Parts like this o-ring. Find your own distributor is what I was told. 0 stars if it was possible.
