My husband and I rented 2 adjoining rooms, one for us and one for my son, his wife and our 4 year old grandson. We all had a great time there. The place is very clean, beach is just across the street, and walking distances to quite a few places. We are super happy we stayed there and Midge, our hostess, was very nice and was right there in a matter of minutes if we needed anything!!!! We plan on staying there again next summer!!!
Amazing!!! We rented all 5 units for an extended family vacation. Accommodations couldn’t be better. Midge is a wonderful hostess and responds so quickly to anything. You immediately feel like she’s a family member. Big family? This is the place. Easy commute to the beach, no fighting for bathroom space, lots of outdoor seating, play space for kids. Far enough from the center of OOB to be away from the craziness but walking distance, short walk from beach so toddlers can’t wander too close. We will be booking again next year. Thank you Midge ❤️
Very cute & practical “mini-apartment” in a perfectly smaller capacity motel. It was literally spotlessly clean. Awesome beach access just across the street. The owner was super accommodating , relaxed and friendly! The pride in hosting shines through- not forgoing any of the details that matter. I will most definitely be returning.
Efficiency apartments walking distance to Old Orchard Beach the pier, bus line and more. Owner Midge is very nice it's a great place and feels like a vacation home

Great neighborhood spot to see a show. Just be aware there is very limited parking, so shuttle buses take you from Old Orchard Beach High School to the venue. Arrive early!
