While the food was delicious I am unfortunately not able to score this location higher, despite being made aware that a member of our group had celiac disease precautions were not taken against cross contamination, causing a member of our dining party a lengthy and unpleasant recovery time. Please be more dutiful in your food preparations when serving those with food allergies

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wrap City in Epping, NH, and I can't rave enough about the delicious food they serve. The flavors in every bite were absolutely divine, showcasing the quality and care put into each dish. The menu offers a fantastic variety, and the freshness of the ingredients is evident. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're in Epping and craving a satisfying meal, Wrap City is a must-visit. I stopped in after a haircut at great clips to try a wrap and some soup. The meal was disappointing, and the counter staff did not make it right when i informed them what was wrong. The crackers provided with the soup, they were stale, maybe expired, when i put them in the soup the soup was inedible. I brought that to their attention and instead of offering me something of the same value to make it right they did nothing. Another customer who i did not know generously bought me a new soup because they felt bad for the situation, but i declined it from them because the soup left a bad taste in my mouth. I also felt like i was overcharged for my wrap because i got the plymouth with no turkey for a dietary restriction and it was full price. The amount of chips in the box with the sandwich was minimal. When i ordered i still gave a generous tip because i expected better. My total being about 23.50 for wrap, soda, and soup, tax, and tip, was not worth it, and based on this experience, i would not return. I asked also for a meat substitute like tofu to which they said they do not carry. This surprised me because many people are vegan or vegetarian these days. The only positive was a clean restroom.

I went in for a wrap today, right after I took my first bite and got settled in the girl working there that indoor dinning closes at 7:30. There are no signs anywhere nor did anyone inform me at purchase. Well that’s besides the fact, you kick a guest out just when they started eating? Wow! Lack of training, lack of service. If it wasn’t for epping you would have shut down long ago. Never going to this place again and I’ll ensure you get my review on all platforms. Your food is good btw.

I was very impressed by the choices available on the menu. I ordered the paris shroom and I thought it tasted good. Only drawbacks; 1) Was small for the price and 2) Had a lot of spinach, could have had more shroom. The chips were good. I am going back to try different wraps. Service was good. Update; March, 2019: I tried the Si Racha, breaded chicken with Sriracha sauce, cheddar, onions, tomato, carrot sticks and grilled sourdough. I don't think they included the carrots. It tasted okay and wasn't too hot. Service was still good. Update: Wednesday afternoon, December 2020; After Covid-19 restrictions and management change, this location has reopened! I had the Hidden Valley, roast beef 🍖 with avacado, pepperjack cheese 🧀, spinach in a wrap. Very good. I had chocolate chip cookies 😋 for dessert. Update: Saturday afternoon, March 2022; Turkey 🦃 Reuben was good, though the cole slaw inside the sandwich made it messy. My family that were with me really enjoyed their sandwiches and chips and will return again! Bathroom was in good condition. Update: July 2022; Kingston Bay sandwich was ok. Basic roast beef sandwich with crunchy onions.

A lot of choices of wraps and sandwiches on the menu. I had a Reuben and it was pretty good. I really liked their homemade chips but my wife wasn't as much a fan of them. She enjoyed her wrap very much. Would happily eat here again if I wanted a quick informal bite to eat.
