Excellent Motel. My wife and I only know about the strip of 10 rooms total. Built in 1937. But don't let it's age sway you into not staying. All amenities are up to date and work 👌 excellent! Owner keeps everything on point. 🫧 Clean, no bugs, BIG 🛏️ bed, desk, bath tub and nice hot shower🛁, plenty of lamps, microwave, mini fridge, excellent housekeeping! Glenda at the front desk is a top notch caretaker of this entire place. Most caring and hospitable. Always willing to go out of her way to make things so very comfortable for the guests here😊! It is by the airport so you will hear planes and I enjoyed sitting outside my door to watch really cool unforgettable air shows. That's about the only noise you will hear bc it is a very quiet and peaceful place. If you're looking for an obnoxious party with neighbors, you've co8me to the wrong place! Family oriented. Best price in town. Highly recommend!!!!

The place is nice and quiet with the exception of a few planes and trucks. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are a little dated but the prices are good. The view of Pikes Peak is actually one of the best in the city. The overall atmosphere is pretty special. I feel like I'm here at the right time for the right reason.

My wife and I (and our cat) stayed here while moving into our new apartment. We needed a place to stay for the week because it's hard to find a place that takes animals. We paid about $450 in total including a $100 deposit. We ended up leaving early because we couldn't stand the fact that there was only freezing cold water, no heat in the room (and It was snowy couple of days), about 6 times the electricity went out and we kept going to the front desk to fix it. We actually didn't have a problem with the room itself and the staff seemed nice enough, but there's an obvious lack of maintenance for such an old motel (the motel was built in 1937). This place has potential if they take better care of it. They told me that there was no refund for the days that we didn't stay. At the very least they could have apologized for the not so pleasant stay. On top of that we made sure to leave the room clean, that was the only reason why they are actually giving our deposit back. I wouldn't recommend the motel part of the stay but maybe if you have an RV it's a different story.

My family and I had the unfortunate experience of landing in this park. We experienced everything from hidden cameras in the bird houses around the property to daily harassment from both employees Robert and Jennifer, verbal confrontations every day from the owner, Mr. Lee Who I am certain is a classic narcissist, insane fines and threats of fines all the time from anything from turning your water on at their hose bib, if they were unhappy with how you were housing your pet, they would take pictures of it and send it to the owner. Other long term tenants in the park would take pictures of my young children walking our pets and send them to the owner. I cannot tell you the level of harassment and unprofessional conduct from every person affiliated with the park and its employees. My wife and children were scared to go out of the RV and we literally were stuck inside our RV for 10 days being harassed daily by Robert and Jennifer and Mr. Lee.. At one point I thought I should call the sheriff, but we were in a situation where we were waiting for repairs on our RV, and while we were waiting, the park management chose to harass us daily. We purchased the RV from an individual that has been renting in the park, and upon purchasing the RV we paid for the month of March to stay in the park. Mr. Lee, upon finding this information out, was unhappy with this arrangement, and immediately began charging us double. There was no arguing with him. we were the victims.

This place is great if you're down on some luck and need a place to sleep and shower. We called this place home for 3 months and truly had no bad experience. Brandy and Glenda were two of the most genuine and beautiful souls we have met. Truly great people. Next time you have no where to go just know Wrangler will always be there.

Jennifer is hands down the sole reason I booked our reservation today. Her level of customer service and follow up was incredibly refreshing. She even reached out after our initial phone call to see if I had any additional questions. We are relocating to the area sight unseen so at the end of the day based on the correspondence with Jennifer we feel as though we'll be moving to a welcoming and well taken care of community. We are very much looking forward to meeting Jennifer in person! Thank you Jennifer for being such a kind and welcoming person. You truly were a pleasure to interact with.

Not bad. Microwave works but you have to put it on power level 4 to keep it running. But otherwise it's probably has some the best rates you'll find in the Springs. Access to shopping close by on Powers. Nice and quiet just the way I like it!

We made a reservation for a long term stay that was supposed to be from July 3 forward. Paid a deposit then was called back and was told we had to pay the full fee and the reservation would be from June 17th forward even though we would not be there until July 3rd. When the reservation had to be canceled, they keep the deposit and then charged $398.16 for two nights that we were not ever going to be there for. I sent the below email for explanation and have received no response.||I would like for you to explain why you only refunded $486.84 out of $885.00 for two days which you made my husband reserve knowing he was not planning to be there until July 3rd. The meaning of Reservation is "the written record or promise of an arrangement by which accommodations are secured in advance" . When we called to make this reservation for July 3rd there was a deposit made in the amount of $100.00 which would guarantee the RV site to be available July 3rd. My husband was contracted later stating that the deposit was not enough, and the owner wanted the full amount which then was paying for 2 full weeks for a RV site that he would not be occupying. You had this site that could be rented by someone else in those two weeks and we would not know any different. ||People make reservations and due to life happening have to cancel but are not charged any money from the time the reservation was made to the reserved date of stay, which is what has been done here. You have charged $199.08 per day for 2 days. When your website shows a nightly charge of $44.15 including tax. The $100.00 deposit would have more than covered the two nights even though the reservation was to be for July 3rd. I expect to see an additional refund of $298.16 since there is no cancellation policy on the website or was one provided.|

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
