I had nothing thawed out at home to cook yesterday, but also didn't want to go out and eat not so healthy food as I just completed a long overdue workout. Did a quick google search for healthy restaurants nearby, and Wow came up. I had seen the restaurant before as it is in the same shopping center as our favorite pizza spot. I'm so very glad that we decided to go eat at Wow for dinner last night. Firstly, the restaurant is super clean and very inviting. Having never been there before, we were directed to some order sheets where we could make our selections for our bowls. I found this to be incredibly convenient. I generally hate standing up at an ordering counter awkwardly staring at the menu board feeling like I'm taking too long. Being able to step away and take a little time deciding what I wanted was nice. You put your name and the last 4 digits of your phone number on the page, and you turn it in. Apparently, they save this so that they can pull your order for the next time you come in. I don't necessarily get the same thing when I go to a restaurant, but if the order is there when I want a repeat of it. My husband and I also tired a couple of their fresh cold pressed juices to go with our meals. I generally don't drink juice (I like it too much) but since these have no added sugar, I made an exception. My husband got the Sweet Madam, and I got the Wow Bunny. Both juices were incredibly tasty and were a very nice treat. The food is incredibly fresh and very well made and we really enjoyed our dinners; very tasty and healthy. It's also worth noting that the woman, who I assume is the owner, is super nice and was very pleasant to chat with. The service and food were awesome! We will definitely be back to this restaurant.

This was my first time eating at this establishment. I was greeted and assisted with the menu. I did the “build your own poke bowl” in which many suggestions were given to me that I enjoyed. The tamago wasn’t what I was expecting so I didn’t eat it but everything else was great including the Sweet Madam juice. I can’t wait to try other menu options!
Been there twice with my wife now, and the food is fresh and fantastic everytime. Service is with a smile and a welcome atmosphere. I am already a fan a poke bowls but this is already my favorite poke bowl spot PERIOD. Their system for ordering is great and they are awesome about double checking choices and making suggestions to help craft your flavor. Their preset bowls are also amazing. The side note of this place is also a star with the fresh squeezed juices which are absolutely amazing no matter who you are. For those that need it this place is also an option for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options which is great for inclusion. Whether it's meat or not, all the ingredients are fresh and delicious. 15 out of 10 and I highly recommend this fantastic place.

I can find really delicious food here without feeling burden from my stomach.
The staff were super kind, and the health juice recommended by the owner is a unique taste that is really hard to find. I will visit here whenever I want to give myself a present.

First time and won’t be my last ! Healthiest menu in the area. Good price for portions. Overall had a great experience here. It was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. The food was AMAZING ! And the detox drink taste just like lemonade. Yum yum yum 😋

The best Poke place I’ve been to by far. Fresh veggies and the customer service was top notch. That have you complete an order form so they get familiar with the hat you like to order so you can order faster the next time. They have fresh daily squeezed juices and the owner is so kind and aims to deliver a top notch experience. Will revisit when I am in the area again. Vegetarian and vegan friendly with tons of flavor. It’s a home run for me❤️

This is a very nice theater experience. We saw the Christmas Canteen and it was great. Very talented performers, singers, musicians. I would definitely go again. The theater staff were kind and helpful too. Seems like no bad seats here.
The coaches are so motivational and helpful. They correct your form on the weight exercises so you don't get hurt but also optimize your efforts, and also encourage you to push yourself. It's also fun to see the splat points accumulate on the board.

So relaxing! Great for walks, running and cycling. Some of the trails are shaded due to trees. The park is very quiet and clean. Lots of parking available. Youâll see a lot of wildlife like deerâs, butterflies and dragon files.
