The facility had most of what we needed. Great spacious size. TV did not have much in the way of a guide and selections were mostly things we were not interested in. Difficulty accessing the movie channel. All we could get were the previews. Need technical help to fully understand and access TV. Shower was great...not tooo hot or cold. No housekeeping so you are on your own. Need to call for fresh towels. Nice location. Able to access stores for supplies (Trader Joe, Ralphs, Vons, Target) all close by. Scenic golf course on our side (parkinbg lot outlook on other side) which did not have maany golfers (December) so was nice. Great place for dogs, run area outside. One of few places I found that accommodates your dog!

Our family of 3 plus our 2 dogs stayed at The Plaza Resort for 2 nights t(night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving) to try out our new dog-friendly RCI option in Southern California after moving here from Colorado, We were impressed with this resort and have already booked it again for a whole week for next year's Thanksgiving week. For a dog-friendly resort it was so clean and well kept as compared with our Colorado dog-friendly resort in Granby, which we loved, but The Plaza Resort is much nicer overall. We used both swimming pools (one is a "quiet pool" and the other one near the lobby has a couple of hot tubs and is more lively. We enjoyed our views overlooking the golf course and nice view of Mt. San Jacinto. We will try to get one of those golf-course side rooms again next time (the other side overlooks the parking lot). Found a nice hiking trail less than a mile from the resort that goes up to some water tanks and overlooks the whole Palm Springs area. Really loved this place. We booked a one-bedroom next year because our studio was kind of tight (my wife and I slept on the double bed and our son slept on the pull-out couch double bed. It is amazing what you can do with a 2-burner stove top and microwave, but we did miss having a full kitchen with an over and dishwasher like we had at our Colorado dog-friendly RCI resort. Overall we are very pleased with The Plaza as our new go-to dog-friendly RCI resort and look forward to visiting again.

If you’re looking for a resort experience, this is not it. More like a motel/hotel at its best. Veronica at the front desk was very friendly, but the pleasantness stopped there. The place is very old and small - my 6’4” husband had to duck to get down the very smelly hallways and in the shower was even worse. Our room was not clean, we usually like to walk barefoot in our room but this one made us feel like that would cause issues. Bed and couch were very uncomfortable. Nice that you can bring your pets but our view was of the parking lot and there’s nothing to do there besides check out movies and swim in a rather uninviting pool. No cleaning service, and walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on around you. Not a great place for walking your animals either. There are so many better places to stay in Palm Springs. Won’t be staying here again.

The Plaza Resort and Spa (without the spa, but sounds good) is a fabulous resort! The location is perfect, close to all the places I like to visit. The view of the hills is wonderful and it is quiet! The temperature of the pool was perfect and the staff are very friendly. The studio had everything that I needed in the mini kitchen. I didn't think it would be so well stocked so I brought my own electric frying pan which wasn't necessary. Loved my stay so much that I have already booked for next year!

The location offers easy walking to nearby Starbucks, Target and short drives to many restaurant choices . Bicycle paths and walkways allow easy, safe excursions with plenty of greenery, palm trees and mountain views. The hotel is very well maintained and the quiet neighborhood is a plus. Pools and exercise room look great.Comfortable and clean Studio has a small kitchen area . Balcony overlooking an expansive golf course and mountains north of Palm Springs . Very friendly staff were always engaging and ready to help.

We love the large and comfortable rooms at the Plaza Resort and Spa. We were fortunate to get a room with a view of the golf course. We enjoyed watching the golfers from our balcony. Nice and quiet. We appreciate the resort allowing our yorkies to travel with us and stay in our room. Many of the employees at the resort went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Specifically a BIG THANK YOU to Jeff, Victor, Gabby and Victoria! We appreciate you making us feel welcome :)

I really liked this hotel. The positive things were the location, the rooms were great. The free laundrette. The pool was lovely. The view was amazing. The only negative was the lack of any food or drinks on site, except a vending machine. You definitely need a car. The shops thankfully are nearby.

Positive: The location is perfect. Set in a quiet area of Palm Springs, yet very close to all the amenities. Negative: I did not like several things about this hotel. The rooms are outdated. I'm certain they were perfect in 1977. The beds are too small for two adults.I did not like the fact that you practically have to beg to have the room cleaned.
