I did enjoy the pool, my room, the security the place had…the worse part of it was Albert “the African genie” over there in the sales area the senior financial guy. He was so rude, couldn’t even answer the questions once he was challenged in me trying to understand why he was trying to re do my Worldmark contract. Was trying to make my payment double a month and make my contract 10 years when it is already at 10 years. When I checked in they said to attend a 45 min training session and I did think that would be nice as I still have questions in booking other things with my ownership. But all it was about was 3 hours later trying to make more money off of you and was taught absolutely nothing it was all a lie and that I did not appreciate at all

Not great. Kicked out of the pool at 10. Kids at the volleyball court kicked out, guy cooking dinner for his family kicked out, everyone kicked out at 10 pm from pool area. We paid a lot of money for this and…. Kicked out. We will never come back! 2nd time back too! Should have learned our lesson from the first time. Degenerates having a loud party in a room and hotel staff does nothing.

We booked and had confirmation of a four bedroom presidential suite. We arrived after a 21 hour drive to be told we had two 2 bedrooms and they were way down the hall from each other. This place is run by lazy and incompetent people. This was not worth the drive. Also if you want a quieter atmosphere don’t come. Constant sirens and very noisy traffic.

This is our first time at the property & it sits on a golf course & that is your main view. The rooms are clean , however getting a good nights sleep is hard because of the inadequate curtains to prevent light from our faces , as well as the loud noise from the air conditioning unit . We had to turn it off & happy to share that helped . We are surprised by the lack of mask enforcement even for the staff who come across travelers ( on a daily basis ) of all kinds from different regions ,areas or perhaps international travelers. As regular travelers we do not want to take any chances at this point . There’s not oven & the dishwasher is the tiniest i have ever seen which made it hard for avid cooks like us to fully enjoy our stay .

The area we stayed in was outdated with the carpet in the rooms. We stayed in a building that didn't feel secure. It was celled the Queen Palms. It had a busy street in front of it. While the main reception and buildings on the other side were well maintained and kept up. It also had security. Not a fan of this resort.

The only thing is the Wyndham sale people. The are sooooooo worsen!! They want take ‘NO’ for an answer!

Worldmark is our home resort and we never gave less than 5*. It has been for the last 25 yrs. But this one in particular is a run down building. I'm talking about the old building because that's where we stayed in one bedroom unit (according to management there are only four 1 bedroom unit in the new, tall building). The carpet is very dirty, stained and smells bad. The kitchen is old and outdated with electric outlets that don't work. The front desk personnel wasn't very helpful either after checking us in. It took us almost 15 minutes to find the entrance to the building, because we arrived late in the evening when it was already dark. The front desk receptionist didn't wanna come out from his front desk and show us the entrance. At night there were loud arguments, foul language and even fights. We had to call security numerous times to calm down the situation. This was our first and last vacation at this resort.
