My wife and I had such an amazing, relaxing, comfortable experience at this property! It is so close to our home in Salt Lake and this is the first time we have ever been there. We will be back for sure! The room was really nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive and gym and pool were clean and well kept up. We saw deer right outside of our window. The golf course is right behind the resort. So many walking and bike paths. Thank you so much and we look forward to our next visit!
The location is outstanding, the rooms are incredible and comfy and clean. Service at the front desk was absolutely AWFUL!!! We walked in the front door to check in, we were never greeted, waited a couple minutes and when my friend walked around to see if there was anyone behind the desk, this girl Mia was HIDING so she didn’t have to do her job, never greeted us, and she gave awful customer service, we asked if our room was ready around 1p and she just responded “no and then said idk when it will be ready”. The only reason we came up here this weekend was to celebrate my best friends birthday and she started us off with the wrong vibes and the beginning of this weekend experience was awful. She shouldn’t have the front welcoming job, she doesn’t have the right attitude or face for that.
The name of the game here is family. It's great for families. However, the management is plainly lacking. Nobody is supervising because if they were, the place would be clean. Nobody is checking to make sure the jobs are being done, and it shows. Also, the lack of a handrail outside the office is an issue. Why remove the old one if there isn't a new one ready to go in? Why make things harder for folks on vacation? Never make your problem, everyone else's problem. Call a decking company and get it done. The rest of your handrails need to be checked, too. They're rusty. Do the job.
Absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are really clean and feel like a home. The scenery is amazing. There's a lot of fun things to do in any season. If you're looking to make great family memories, this is the place!
HORRIBE ORGANISN my brother lost his shirt and I lost mine and my mom drove 2 hours to get my shirt and THEY FRICKEN LOST IT!! THEY ARE LUCKY THAT I GOT IT BACK BECAUSE THEY SHIPPED IT TO US FOR FREE FINALLY for my brother's shirt it's gone
This is one of my favorite places to take a quick getaway. We have lived 40 minutes away for 30 years, this year we returned after a move 3 states away and it still feels like home. Being tucked in close to the mountains again was my favorite part, except for the deer that we got to see most of the days that we were there.
This is one of the Wyndham/ world mark properties that's more in the country. Compared to others that are large resort style. And I can appreciate both. We went here to mountain bike in your near great mountain biking trails. If you stay at this place. You can literally ride to and from if you want. It's a little smaller but that's not bad. It's quaint and cozy. The staff is helpful and attentive. Our windows were painted shut and the maintenance staff came immediately after I asked if they could look at them. And fix them. It's in the countryside of Utah. And is decently close to Park City but away from the hustle and bustle. I imagine it's much quieter than the Park City resort. Would stay here again.
Great customer service! We had a hiccup with one of our rooms not being ready when we arrived but Sue Kelly took care of us paying for us to go to dinner and giving us gift boxes to help our stay be more comfortable. We have come to this location a couple times and love the feeling of a relaxing vacation away from big cities but also located close enough to everything you need and some fun things like the Homestead natural crater

This place has a really good view of the entire Heber Valley. You get a 360 observation point itâs very beautiful from all sides. You can make it up by car. The road is very narrow, but very well-kept. The kids loved the view.
