Stayed here June 2024 and will for sure be back in the future. It's a BEAUTIFUL resort and the amenities are wonderful. I will say like other reviews, the living room is smaller and had we used the Murphy bed, it would have been very tight. So I honestly wouldn't say it sleeps 6 but 4 very comfortably. They have a restaurant on site but we didn't eat there. It looked very nice and upscale so I would totally try it next visit. The pool, hot tub & playground were wonderful and we loved the bonfires that are lite each night on the beach. They have nice chairs overlooking the beach and its way less crowded. Already looking to come back next year
Be very aware of the parking area!!!! This Worldmark has severe safety issues!!!!!’ The area has no/low lights. The hotel area has some kind of constructions going on but there are no construction signs/safety barricades. It was late at night when my sister got out from her car to walk toward the unit, she felt into a huge hole. She is almost 5’6” and she was completely all the way in the hole!! The cell phone signal was weak so she had to scream for someone to rescue her. Finally someone from the front desk pulled her out. She called 911 the next day and She was taken to the hospital because of the pain. It tuned out her feet and her arms were fractured. The total bill was $11,000 and she had an out of pocket cost of $3800.
I called and asked the hotel to take my sister home and toll her call back as she was not able to drive. The hotel kept telling me that the manager was not available and won’t be back until the next day. I asked to talk to someone who was in charge. They kept telling me “tomorrow” and said that the manager needs to get a day off too! Excuse me? Isn’t this hotel open 365 days a year? You don’t have a deputy manager or someone in charge during the busy Labor Day weekend?
I can’t believe this is how they treat their hotel guests. They are extremely irresponsible and ill prepared, not to mention about the unprofessional attitude on the phone. . They are not prepared for any kind of emergency situations. The only good thing is someone did go to pick up my sister from the hospital after I called. This is the worst Worldmark!!!
My family and I had a pretty smooth check-in. The rooms were nice and cozy with a built in fire place and a murphy bed for convenience. The only zong for the rooms are the small tvs installed. However, check out is another story. I call the evening before we checked out to ask for a late check out and was told to call back in the morningat 8 AM to see if they would allow it. Fast forward, the next morning I called and the morning staff stated that we already have five guest checking out late and I'd have to check out at 10:30. So you allowed the other five guest the oppurtunity, but not my family a late check out.. Then, the young later pretended that she was doing me a favor by telling me 10:00 AM is the regular check out and you have until 10:30 AM to vacate the room. I should have bee afforded a late check out like your other five guest especially with the amount of money I've paid for my timeshare. Sunsets are beautiful here, and love the fire pits. I didn't particulary care for all the dogs running around the beach loose or the dog feces being left on the beach. Also there is public access beach right up the street from the resort that allows a lot of transients in the area to fish and camp-out. Leaving their trash on the beach.
Perfect location, cozy rooms, helpful, friendly staff. The fire pits are perfect watching the amazing sunsets. Look forward to return, sooner than later.
We stayed here as a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 young children. The location is absolutely perfect as it is literally minutes from the beach. The rooms are a great size and provide families with fully equipped kitchen, which is convenient. We did find certain areas of the rooms uncleaned and we had a few spiders around throughout our stay. I appreciated that the neighbors didn't make excessive noise and that in particular is very important to me.
The only negative is during room cleaning, staff were not mindful of how much noise they were making and for about 3 hours between 1 and 3 (which is typically rest time hours) there was loud banging, moving of furniture, cleaning, and of course talking loudly, which disturbed us. I would recommend for staff to be more mindful of their guests as this is a retreat and meant to be relaxing.
Nice place to come on the coast.
They supply wood every night on the beach and light a fire 🔥 in fire pits in several locations...How cool is that???
Many thanks once again for the gentlemen who lit the fires every nite and warmed up numerous people!!
Not so “very senior”-friendly. No signs for steps, no yellow paint for steps, some steps has no railings. The main driveway is so narrow that it got blocked by a broken down big rig and no vehicles can go in or out, what if there’s an emergency? No emergency vehicle can go in. They don’t seem to have emergency protocols in place for guests who gets injured in the property. We reported the fall that my 91 yr old father suffered from an unmarked step and quite dark walkway. The staff didn’t offer first aid or emergency services. We got stranded for 5 hours in the property because of that broken down big rig, we could have explored the city that day.
Awesome location. Excellent property. Well appointed and comfortable condo newly updated, very nice. The pool and hot tub area is large and offers a ocean view with the beach walk a must take. Exceptional restaurant on property, no driving required. A definite, will return.
We went on Saturday, December 16, 2023. A rare opportunity and a new way to enjoy the coastal views! We saw a local news story and checked it out because locals usually don't do tourist stuff. Electric assist pedaling was super easy and staff very n

We are in state for Thanksgiving. There was a lull day and my wife and I wanted to see a west coast sunset.
Highly recommend this location
Not to busy and beautiful at sunset.
Every time I come I tell myself I'll try new things, but then end up getting the wings, fried pickles, and barts tots... No regrets ha. Their wings are my all-time favorite... So deliciously crispy𤤠always met with friendly service, highly recomme
