WorldMark Leavenworth - Resort hotel in Leavenworth - 100 Enchantment Park Way, USA

Great place to stay! Short walk to downtown saves on the stress associated with the parking situation in Leavenworth. Nice rooms and the beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the snowstorm we experienced while visiting (we had our own sleds, I don’t believe the facility offers them)! Enjoy your time here!

Beautiful location. Everything was great with the room. We walked daily from the condos the longer way to town, over a small island. Saw some deer next to the trails. Eatting out was a bit pricey. Mostly due to the beer we ordered with our food. But it was great.

Been going here for 13 years, everything is always beautiful and well kept. Location is great just out of the main town but still very much within walking distance. Great view of the mountains with the goats on them too. Service is always friendly, never have had a bad experience. Rooms are great, doesn't feel like home but its very comfortable. Able to do lots of stuff.

The resort has awesome staff… from the reception area to housekeeping… they are awesome… in the middle of the night, Glen of house keeping (I think) was very kind to deliver our request despite the cold weather…Worldmark is fortunate to have their employees…

The blankets rarely get washed. Pillow protectors and matress pads rarely get changed. The road is dangerously slippery and amateurly plowed. The property is barely lit. Aggressive dogs are allowed to be off leash. Parking spot numbers are faded. There are often cars parked in spots that completely block walkways. Parking for the main office is extremely limited. The electronic door locks malfunction and don't want to open half of the time. Some room lighting is too dim, making the entire room hard to see in. Some employees are there for what seems like all day. The welcome that you get when you walk in is over the top and cringey, appearing desperate. So, pretty much, this place is not worth the price, and you should look elsewhere.

One of our favorite places to visit. Our family time together is spent exploring the town and sledding in the winter and rafting in the summer.

This hotel cancelled my reservation one day before arrival, left me scrambling to find another place to stay last minute. UPDATE- went to speak to staff on site after cancellation and they could not be any LESS helpful, very guarded and dismissive and blamed it all on corporate. Will definitely NOT be booking with this group again, horrible customer service!

Great area to visit. The condos are pretty standard WorldMark. A plus is that they are more spread out and no so much like a a hotel. For those who have more than a few days stay, getting out beyond the town is just as rewarding. Hiking, fishing, day drives the area has a lot to offer.
