World of Beer - Gastropub in West Hartford - 73 Isham Rd #B-30, USA

Great food, great place. I am updating my review. I am a frequent customer here, I've visited countless times, but I can recall two specific incidents that were memorable. First sometime in the summer of 2023, we had a terrible server and ended up requesting someone else and the manager. That manager handled the situation well, so my party dined in even with the incident [I will not provide details]🤎 Manager Lindsay took very good care of us then and upon our return in late Jan 2024. Lindsey and Server Taylor were amazing. Top service. I recommend visiting this location. I give them 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Our server Taylor was super friendly, very attentive, had quick service and we left full and happy. Our drinks didn't come out too well .. just tasted like simple syrup but Taylor was apologetic about it and was able to switch out or drinks from the mojitos we ordered to the margaritas. The margaritas were much better.. Taylor continued to check on us during our meal.. absolutely great service!

Today was our first time visiting West Hartford CT. We went to World of Beer in Blue Back Square. The beer and food options were great, our server, Taylor, was awesome (super friendly). We will definitely visit WOB again 😋

elicia was the best bartender i have ever had. period. she was so attentive, responsive and quick. ON TOP of making all my drinks correctly. i will definitely be returning to this location solely because of the service i received from elicia. she was phenomenal and deserves to be recognized for her amazing customer service

I get it, it's blue back square so the place gets crowded real fast on evenings and weekends. But there has to be a way to design the interior layout more efficiently to accommodate more people. Apart from that, the staff has always been very friendly, quick, and polite. This is actually a great spot to watch soccer games on Saturday and Sunday mornings. I wish the draft list was rotated more often though. Happy hour prices are very reasonable.
