Great location. I have seen a lot of gyms throughout my travels in the military and this one definitely is at the top of my favorites list. Clean, a lot of machines, free weights, treadmills, bikes and so on. Very spacious!!! The staff is kind and amazing and accommodating. Thank you Justin for helping to get me and my family set up for the gym. It also has an amazing kid zone for parents needing to occupy their kids for a couple hours. Will continue to use the gym whenever I am home!

Awesome gym, IT'S HUUUGE. Tons of equipment and plates. Great personal also, I was helped by Justin. Awesome guy, super knowledgeable and definitely made me feel welcome. Go see Justin and the World's Gym crew. 5 stars all the way around.

Great gym. Very open and never feels crowded. Staff and trainers are always open and friendly. Perfect location for all levels of fitness.

I just took a tour of this gym. It is one of the best gym’s I have ever seen. I have been in gym’s all of my life; I recently moved from San Diego CA, and this gym reminds me of the high-end gym’s of SD. Let’s get to the staff. The person that gave me the tour seemed uninterested in actually allowing me to take a look at the equipment; but rather wanted to walk me around in a circle; something I could have done myself. I was told there is no listing of prices anywhere that I can visible see. I was quoted some prices. I had my wife call 10 minutes later and she could not get a set price no matter how much she tried. They can literally charge you based on how they feel that day or how they perceive you. This is an awesome gym aesthetically; but I got bad vibes.

So disappointed in this gym. I’ve been a member since the day they opened their doors. Grandfathered in for a reason. If you have to raise my membership then alert me after all these years. Instead it just went up. Outside of this, which was reason for me to leave, the showers and locker room are always so dirty. The gym can be amazing but not with a staff that does not communicate when they mess with your money. Positives-group exercise with Jessica and the other ladies is amazing. Those rooms are clean and neat. The gym itself is wonderful for what it offers. But the staff at the front and who handles memberships are definitely something that could be looked at more closely. They just do what they want. Charge what they want. It’s not the way to run a gym.

I honestly enjoy the World Gym, not too expensive and A Huge variety of machines and even free weights. The staff is Also very friendly and this gym has helped me achieve my goals slowly but surely.

My wife and I enjoy the gym itself, very nice place to workout. It’s the managers that are no good because for the 3rd time world gym has double charged us for our membership. It comes out automatically every month then they charge us again later in the month. My wife is currently being ignored by management as I’m typing this review. Called early this morning an was told management would call her back. Close to 5 hours later she calls back an is told that management has other calls to attend to. Ridiculous an unprofessional.

Incompetent female manager and employees who don’t know their own policies. 2+ years of paying for their membership and they expect me to remember a 2 year old contract by heart instead of asking their employees what the cancelation policy is. 3 employees told me the wrong information and I’m being charged an extra $13 more than I should be charged per their own employees. First 2 said it was a free cancelation fee and cancel at any time. 3rd employee says 30 day notice or $30 fee. I was willing to accept the $30 fee, but not a full membership. Lie to me 3 times and expect me to pay full price, yeah no thanks. And a manager who is as disingenuous and stupid as they come.
