I work for a master tile distributor servicing the Southeast US. A few years ago, WorkSmart acquired the company we counted on for IT services for over 20 years when the founder retired. I expected to have problems, but there were none. I am not minimizing, there were no problems impacting us, the client, from the acquisition. I find that impressive, and I'm no less impressed by the continued excellent support we receive day-to-day. With any partner, over a long enough period of time, conflict will arise. WorkSmart has shown flexibility and integrity consistently for years. I find them easy to work with, and they value relationships, including their own staff.
