New to the gym. It's been many years since I been to one. The trainer was very knowledgeable and help planed my work out. Friendly staff and very clean. 8 would recommend them to anyone.

This is one establishment that leaves one feeling 1000% better when leaving, then they did when that first arrive. The other workout members are kind, polite and focused on there achievements of reaching there goals of betterment. The staff are increasingly striving to assist each member in an adroit professional style, assisting each member in an up building, caring style. I especially enjoy the massaging table and the tanning room. And the vast quality of exercise equipment is oh so invigorating. Open 24/7. I give this establishment 10 stars. Michael Mohr 01/26/2023

It's a nice clean gym , with adequate amount of equipment . But the game changer is the hydro massage lounger and use of 2 tanning beds

I have never been one for the gym and I thought for sure I would feel uncomfortable, but I didn't. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is always clean and in terrific condition. Add the massage table to that and this place is perfect! I recommend to anyone looking to get in shape.

I’ve been a member of multiple gyms over the years (due to re-locating), and I’ve never had the experience I had here. I’m new to the area and joined this gym less than a year ago, mainly due to the convenient location. The gym is small, but it does have the majority of the equipment you need. Unfortunately, the environment isn’t welcoming. I always felt like I was being watched and judged by other members. Two men in particular made me extremely uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that I cancelled my membership and went elsewhere. The manager did call me regarding my concerns, and I was told that the owner would be addressing the issue. I believe action was taken because I’ve seen the individuals at my new gym. Regardless, I still wouldn’t recommend this gym, especially to beginners. In addition to the two men, some members work out in groups (which is fine), but they sometimes stand around talking, blocking free weights and machines. The staff I interacted with were kind and friendly, but the overall atmosphere was terrible.

Thanks for allowing some visiting "flatlanders" to workout here. Awesome little gym that makes great use of space and has plenty of everything you need for a great workout. Cardio, weights, machines, an area for stretching, even tanning beds. The facility is very clean, members friendly and shout out to Jade and the Owners, y'all were super welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality. If we lived here this would be our gym.

Of all Facilities I’ve been to over the years this one by far Has exceeded my expectation. Every gym should mirror it’s self after this team. The owners, manger, and trainers are all professional and super friendly. Each of them going above and beyond their job titles to keep a clean, tidy, professional nice equipment, and Energetic environment. Unlike most gyms, The camaraderie here’s the best part. Take my advice and don’t even consider anywhere else if your looking for a place to get good results. Form young to old these guys are here to help and cheer you on while your doing it. No need to go to other gyms that make you feel uncomfortable or out of place, when this gym here will take you in as a friend from your first tour. Big Bang for your buck
