WorkHarder Gym - Gym in Little Rock - 5320 S Shackleford Rd, USA

We love this place. Fiancé and I are moving back to the area and aren't sure where we are going to be moving so haven't wanted to commit to a gym membership anywhere yet, so their day passes ($5) have been clutch. Their equipment is solid and the layout is done well. The staff has been nice and after the 3rd visit they started greeting us by name. Great locally owned place. As long as we don't move more than like 10 miles away, this will be our new gym home.

Dropped into this location while visiting family and was pleasantly surprised! The gym is smaller in comparison to some of the other gyms, but I love small private gyms because you are able to establish closer bonds and get assistance if needed. The gym was clean, organized, with a thoughtful layout. Please make sure to read the rules!!! Perfect for people who love strength training, power lifting. There are not many cardio machines but again more geared towards strength training. The owners were very helpful and offered a tour of the gym and to assist with any machine that I did not know how to use. I didn't need the help but was appreciative of customer service! So glad that I found this hidden gem/"gym"!!!!

I have trained with Christian for 2 years now. I absolutely love him. He is knowledgeable and does not put up with laziness. Great motivation for me to push through tough workouts so I can reach my goals. A great role model for every aspect of life! He is killing it! Who wants a trainer that doesn’t hold you to the highest standard?

10/10 Would recommend. I had to change gyms due to circumstances in my life, but I absolutely loved my time at WH and found the owners and staff to be absolute professionals. The gym was clean and the atmosphere was one of respect for both the facilities and other gym goers.

I joined this gym a couple of years ago and it has been the best workout experience I have ever had. Not only are the owners extremely knowledgeable and helpful but the members are as well. Everyone at this gym has been nothing but nice regardless of how much or little gym experience you may have. This gym truly has a unique vibe to it where everyone is there for the same simple reason, to better themselves and build others up along the way. The owners have also taken time out of their day to help me personally with questions about lifting forms and workouts. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a place to work harder and reach their goals. All of the gym equipment is top quality and clean, the music selection is awesome, and the members and owners are hype, friendly, and humble.

Well equipped specialty gym with everything you need and more. Passing through LR my partner and I were fully expecting to have to go to a nearby “no judgement zone” - we were pleasantly surprised to find WorkHarder Gym and even more surprised to see their modest day pass offer (even for out of state travelers). When we came in to train, we were even more impressed by the staff and owner who gave us a tour and were extremely hospitable. You can tell immediately that these are people that truly care about their business and being of service to their community. Thank you WorkHarder Gym!

I dropped in as I am from out of town and was pleasantly surprised by how great this gym is. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the equipment is very well kept. Had everything you need for a powerlifting, Olympic lifting or body building routine. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with this gym since the beginning when it was a dream in Christian’s garage. There’s not a better gym in the state. Period. The cleanliness is unmatched, the atmosphere is second to none, and it’s a place where all lifters can feel welcome. Powerlifters, bodybuilders, and your average gym goer all call this place home. You won’t find just one particular sort of person here. It’s a place where everyone can go and feel welcome. Christian does a great job getting to know the members, and that’s what keeps people coming back.
