Honestly managed, cheap monthly rate, and trusted staff. A lot of folks keep to themselves. Amenities at a minimum but they still provide small perks like personal mailboxes, trash pickup at each site, and very very clean bathhouse. In a little bit of a rough part of town.

Great spaces. Pool and laundry room. Reasonable rates. Clean and well kept. Easy freeway access. Location couldn't be any more convenient for shopping, tourism, and food.

I've been here 5 months now and no issues or problems. Still a very welcoming and wonderful community of fellow RV'ers. It's very quiet and the manager, Nancy, always ensures that people who stay here are as comfortable and happy as possible. We love this place!!!

Avoid at all cost They charge your credit card. When you get to the Park. Sites are way to small, even for a 24ft. Trailer. Hard to back in with cars parked all over. You call the office for refund and they tell you they DO NOT REFUND. Ha,ha,ha, we got your money, now Goodluck

I live in my older RV with my adult daughter and 2 large dogs. We relocated from Phoenix to Tucson and this RV park was the most reasonable monthly rate. But the attraction for us was how friendly, understanding and accommodating the manager of the park, Nancy, was from the very first phone conversation. The dogs were not an issue, just no aggression of any kind allowed. My older (1999) RV was not an issue. I just needed to send her pictures to show it looked OK cosmetically (no major dents, no broken windows, nothing extreme, etc). Everything fell into place for us and Nancy was a huge part in all of it. The park is clean and well maintained. Everyone we have met who work and live here are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and not green, the restrooms and laundry room are clean, there is a nice little dog park and everyone is conscious of their dogs, there is a very welcoming community room with a library of books, the manager provides donuts on Friday's and there is always coffee you can make if you don't have your own coffee maker. There are some homeless people who walk on the sidewalks outside of the property, but the manager is on it about keeping them, or anyone who doesn't belong, off of the property. Our first night here we had a visitor. He decided to take a walk when I thought he was just outside of the RV on our site. He came back from his walk telling me about a woman who followed him and asked him who he was, what was he doing here and that she had never seen him before. That woman was Nancy, the manager. I knew from that moment that we were in a safe place with people and management who care. You won't regret staying here. It is life changing! 💜💜💜

I’m moving into the park for one month because while we live in Douglas, we often do work in Tucson. I have been staying at the other RV park on Prince, and I found that management was exceptionally rude, did not have a listening ear, and discriminated against me. Conversely, when I called a different park and they were completely booked, the kindest, most amazing woman working there said that she also worked for Woody’s round up and would I mind taking a look at that place? I said, of course, I was exceptionally impressed with how friendly she was, and her intention to help me to make sure that I have a place to stay where I felt comfortable . I haven’t even been to the park yet, but the woman that makes the reservations has made me so comfortable. I have a hard time believing I’ll be able to stay anywhere else when I come to Tucson. In a place where all the RV parks are full unless you are over 55 , it is super nice to run into someone that is kind and helpful instead of what I have run into. If you are choosing between this park, and another one very close to it, I can promise you that the staff here cares . I will update this review once I get to the park on Wednesday.

I drive a School Bus and stayed here for a year. Nicole (the Manager) and Steve her husband (Handy Man) are Wonderful! The people I met at the park were very nice. If I end up in Tucson again I would Definitely stay here. They did many improvements to the park while I was there. I have and older RV and a 90 lb German/Dutch Sheppard. Which makes it difficult to find an RV park that will take me. Their only concern is the dog not be aggressive, not the size or breed like many RV parks. They have a really nice Dog Park with a Lemon tree which they encourage people to help themselves to the lemons. For Thanks Giving and Christmas they put together a Great get together. If you find yourself in Tucson stay here, you won't be disappointed.
