WoodSpring Suites Wesley Chapel-Tampa - Extended stay hotel in Wesley Chapel - 2800 Cypress Ridge Blvd., USA

If you’re looking for a long term, short term, and affordable place to stay, this is the BEST extended stay in all of Pasco! I’ve been here for months and I’ve never had ONE issue. They are super clean and the staff is probably the best staff I’ve experienced at any hotel. Tony, Cree, & Gary takes care of ANYTHING you need and always giving everyone a good vibe. If I ever come back to the area or need a quick spot to stay, no doubt about it I’m coming back here. Coffee every morning and housekeeping does a great job every day. Nothing bad to say about this place. The rooms are super clean and spacious.

This exceeded my expectations. This was the friendliest of staff, accommodating as well. Beautiful room,had everything you would need at a fairly decent price. Had a full fridge/ freezer, sink, 2 burner stove top, shelving,a laundry basket,hangers, and a sofa bed, besides the obvious bed. Definitely impressive and clean.

When we arrived at the property and went to the room we found the room, not clean and unacceptable. There were stains on the bedspread and hair on the blanket. We went directly to the front desk to cancel, but we’re told that we would have to speak to the owner directly and it was a prepaid hotel. I would not recommend this place for its cleanliness. Also, it is an extended stay Hotel that does not change linen daily.

I will never go back again. This hotel is placed in a good location being about 30 minutes from most activities and restaurants and the staff was okay. However the hotel smelled from the moment you walk in, in the elevator, the hallway and the hotel room itself was horrible. The floor was wet or damp the whole time. The sheets were damp and smelled possibly of mildew. I asked for extra towels and washcloths and was told they don’t have any but, I could literally see the linens being washed behind the front desk. Will never book at a woodspring suite ever again.

This is our favorite location to stay. The service is wonderful, the rooms are clean and it's very quiet. The location is off 75 so you can hop on and hop off. There's a variety of eateries for anyone's dietary needs. I would say that I wish they had a full breakfast because I'll pay extra for it.

Because if an unforeseen issue with the room I was in, I only stayed one night… I’d intended to stay two weeks. GM, Dan could not have been more accommodating or apologetic. He immediately refunded my credit card before I even asked! Took full responsibility even tho it wasn’t his fault. In the days when consumers issues are dismissed, this guy validated my claim without hesitation and great customer service skills. I’d stay again

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Rooms: they were actually nice and clean but the amenities were non-existent. One single small bar of soap, two very small towels and two very small wash cloths. We asked for more towels and the front desk said they had none…!!! What?!? How do you not have towels as a hotel. He offered me the floor drying mats instead. Absurd in my opinion. The bed frames were minimal built IKEA style metal that were uncomfortable and moved every time you rolled over. I then went to get ice from the vending machine and guess what…they don’t even have an ice machine. Not that it wasn’t working….they don’t even have one!! Also, the vending machine right next to it for drinks was out of order! So how are you supposed to have any thing from this place. Lastly, no breakfast at all. No continental breakfast, no little shop to grab and go…nothing. They had a crappy single use coffee machine in the lobby that didn’t work…go figure. Worst place ever and would not recommend staying here. There are two hotels right across the street that I would choose instead. Do Not Stay Here. Customer service was awful as well and they didn’t seem to care.
