Tina is awesome. Her customer service skills are the best. I have had a few glitches getting checked in on my end. She has been wonderful helping me through. This hotel is fine for a 2 ⭐ hotel.
Arrived to hotel and did not have a good feeling. We went in and knew immediately we were not going to stay there. I cancelled our reservations online and changed hotels immediately. Did not feel safe, smelled like weed inside in the hotel.
Absolutely unacceptable experience while staying here. Experienced racism and aggression from staff before we left for good, was locked out of my room several times during my stay, filthy rooms, gnats and roaches, and much more. Super ghetto and i wished i had read the reviews before I decided on this place. Don’t waste your money!!! go somewhere else.
Please don't waste your money. I am going to give a very detailed broken down review for those who need it. Location: first of all the location had seemed okay. Very convenient, right off the interstate and by a sonic for food however.. the crowd of people that liked to hangout around the hotel did not feel safe. We were told to park our car on the side of the building to make sure it didnt get broken into. Its located in a more industrial part of Tulsa so of course the view wasn't very pretty in my opinion. Service: i think the woman who worked at the front desk was so sweet. She felt really bad about our room and the condition it was in. She also felt bas that a manager wasn't available till Monday. She wanted to help us best she could and it was not her fault. Rooms: Our room was AWFUL! we walked in and first of all the elevator looked like it had water damage. We were supposed to stay on the second floor and when we walked up it smelled instant of body odor, pet pee, smoke and even worse Marijuana. Not just a little bit of it either, it was A LOT. Then we walked into our hotel room. We paid money to have a nice bed. No, Instead it was one of those foldable futon type beds and it was only a full size matress. Then the air conditioner unit in the window had old pizza rolls in it, the bathtub had dirt in it, our window screen was broken, our fridge had black mold on it, mirrors were dirty, floor was dirty, stove had old food in the burner and the air in our room smelled extreamly musty. It felt sharp to breath. We stayed in our room no more than 10 minutes. We payed for a lot of money to have a nice stay. Part of it was our fault, we didnt look at reviews or pictures before we went. I wish we had because that's money we don't get back. Please don't waste your time here. Spend the money if you can and get a nice hotel or stay in a different town closer to Tulsa.
I WOULD PUT ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! This place is literally the worst hotel I ever stayed at. For one we were locked out our room daily even after keeping key cards safe from digital devices. The place had gnats all over the kitchen daily they do not provide any type of room service to clean even after u pay your full weeks rent ahead of time. They even have a racist lil midget lady who works the front desk in the evening she can’t count and she has no idea what customer service is she is a very crazy person who told me to call the cops if I wanted to get my key activated to reenter my own room where my dog was locked inside. She claimed she did this because we are black. she was an alien, idk what race. her teeth was missing it was so scary. then they finally decided to unlock my room 2 hours later and throw me out after I was already paid for that night PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING BUSINESS .
Week one lock out of room several times.” assumed tech issue” week two Lock out room after getting two new key cards. Complained” clerk stated that my cell phone may have erased the key code. one key card was in car. tested both key card both was deactivated. week three house keeper, harassed me about door open will i was trying to move out. I watch her lock me out the room, that i paid for. Police came a said i had to leave and wait until next day for manager. Complain front desk. “ Front desk state to wait 24 hour plus. Week later get call to pick up belonging. some items missing. Room condition, bath flooring loose, microwave missing spindle for plate, tub drain corroded, 1 gfi not working, toilet handle sticks, black mold in shower. Fourth floor has room boarded up. Finally my debit card was compromised.
Problems- WIfi paid for premier wifi-completely unusable. Called the service number 6 times. Gave up and used a hot spot. Rooms- The room was not clean when moving in-feet were turning black ,swept under the desk, air conditioning and bed and got piles and piles of dirt. One burner worked on the stove. Toliet had multiple issues with flushing, Found a huge roach on the last day. Washer/Dryers- 1. You can not select hot water or high heat even though they are paid for . Only 2 dryers work the others you dry your things for 2 hours around still are damp. This issue was not resolved. Elevator- seems a bit scary as it shakes when in use Service- Housekeeping is offered on the webpage but was told they are too short staffed to actually offer it for long term stays. Front Desk: One of the staff members is always rude and seems annoyed to do her job. More often than not staff was not at the desk and more than 3 or 4 people would be waiting for 15 or minutes Calling the phone was sometimes useless as nobody would pick up. Guests are often noisy at night but there is no front desk to call and complain.
Great place to stay. If you go to work early and get home lat, then there is no way to pay your rent.
Josh is the best. A true student of his craft he implements knowledge and expertise to get the best possible results for athletes. And he is pushes them to always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend Next Level, especially for young athletes
I had a really lovely experience at Yoga Room. I normally practice yoga at home, but was invited by a friend to attend a class that specializes in breathing and sound stimulation. And how that can help achieve stress reduction. Iâm a really huge fa

Lauren and her team at pure barre were AMAZING! They were asking which sign language is for which workout and that made my heart and experience so happy and motivated to come workout more! Thank you so much for tucking and squeezing away with me! â¤
