Only clean the rooms every two weeks. You have to dump your own trash or it's a $250 fine. Have to go fetch bath towels as you need them. Stayed there two weeks paid the night before the 3rd week ended up leaving the next day my payment was still processing they stole 362. 13. You have been warned

I slept like a baby. The bed was high up but comfortable. There is an alarm clock and a bedside charging station for electronics. The heating/cooling system is first rate. The shower/tub and toilet are adequate. You can ask for more linens at any time. I did not need the room cleaned during my 5-day stay, but the service is available for the asking. The front service desk closes at 8 PM; however, there is a 24-hour emergency number available for all residents. I appreciated how nice everyone was to me, enjoyed my stay, and told all my Lake Charles church friends about the place for future reference. I am low maintenance, so I don't need all the bells and whistles provided by the large-scale hotels.

The worst experience everrr on this location I call customer service 2 weeks before and did the reservation when I get to the location they want to charge me the doble of the price and I already have a price with the reservation customer service did not did nothing about when I call to try to fix it and I am a customer that travels to different locations and always use this hotels so no more getting this hotels bad bad customer service and front desk lady the worst

The rooms have roaches. The rooms are not serviced. The linens are dirty. The staff is rude. It seems that the people that stay here are mostly undesirables. We were going to book multiple rooms for employees here but not under these conditions. Who knows what this stain was. Disgusting and nasty.

The room was dirty, hair all in the bathroom, floor was filthy. My wife swept and moped before we unpacked and the swiffer pad was black. Day 2 we seen roaches. We had the room reserved for a month and planned to reserve it longer. Trenika the manager was so rude. When I asked for a refund she told me, " you must have just lost your job and want more money."

Upon walking into the room, we noticed the pillows on the bed were in a disarray. We thought it was odd and the room had a strange smell, like a wet odor. We informed the front desk lady and asked if we could change room as the bed linens did not appear changed and the pillows were moved without us touching them. They handed us linens to put on our own bed to change. Room comes with no basic toiletries even upon request so be aware of that. Floors were sticky and we did not want to walk barefoot. An uncomfortable experience after driving for hours. We feel as though fresh made linens is common sense when you book a hotel room.

This hotel is an extended stay, they have a full size fridge, two burner stove top and a decent sized microwave. I had to rent a handicap room due to having seizures and needing the seated shower option in case of falls or sudden dizzy spells from my other illness. My first night we found a cockroach crawling out of the bath tub, I mentioned it to management, and they said "I'll make a note of it for upper management" the room was extremely clean when we got there, other than the bath tub roach, which we just clogged the tub when we weren't using it to keep them from continuing up the drain. As the weeks went on, because we paid for a month, we noticed more roaches, finally management came to do a room check to see if they could spot any roaches, but she really just walked into my room, turned looked around and left. Mind you, I have only seen room services flipping rooms, they never came to clean, take trash or change linens, I had to pay an additional $10 every time I wanted clean linens, strip the beds myself, and bring them to the desk to exchange and have them put on. I've never experienced this at any hotel prior to this. The next day after the alleged bug inspection, they told us we weren't able to renew our week at the hotel because there were noise complaints, arguments and bug complaints and that they've had to do wellness checks. My husband was gone working all day every day and we hardly made any noise outside of normal volume conversations, and we have come to the conclusion they really didn't have a good reason so there were false claims so they didn't have to give us the room at the discounted rate we were getting the room from by using ZenHotels getting the room for $30 per day. We ended up moving to a different hotel with staff who actually do the room service and doesn't have a German roach problem. Not only is the service here from the upper management questionable (lower management was exceptional), the location is horrible. You have to take the highway, and go past 2 other hotels and what looks like a landfill that was covered up, to get to the hotel, and there are "warning soil contains asbestos" signs everywhere along the way, the back of the building is the designated smoking area, which is directly next to the highway, and their fitness center consists of 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a knock off Bowflex. "free" coffee always on tap though!

The door’s lock did not work! The lock did not match up with the door frame. We did not even need key to get in the room it literally just opened. We didn’t notice it until the night and we only stayed a night. I let the front desk know as we checked out. If I was staying by myself I definitely would’ve asked to be moved to a different room. We just made sure to use the door stopper. But I was with my boyfriend. I was surprised the room didn’t even come w complimentary soap. It’s nice and updated just prob wouldn’t stay here a again.
