The staff was very friendly & attentive. The rooms were very clean & the air conditioning worked great. The location was convenient and the hotel was always being cleaned. Aldi, Publix & China Wok was very close by. The people that I met while staying there will probably become life long friends. I will definitely stay here again. I had a great time.

Absolutely one of the best places to stay. I’m a big believer in reviews. The review I would give this hotel is 10/10. Their customer service is amazing and friendly. When you walk in to check in it’s like going to grandmas house. They make sure you have everything you need and that your comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here. Theirs plenty of necessities in walking distance.

Great hotel and hospitality. April at the front desk was awesome and took care of everything promptly and was very friendly and polite. All the staff was pleasant and always greets you. Beds are comfy and rooms clean. Great location and area for stay with great hospitality to make you feel welcomed.

Liars and Thieves. I made a booking with them (through a 3rd party site)for a week while my Brother and I were driving down to the area to visit my father. Literally 30 minutes after making the booking, black smoke comes out of the rear left corner of the car while on the highway. We pulled over and had to wait for a tow. I called Woodspring Suites immediately to ask to cancel the booking due to car troubles. Since we had not checked in yet, the lady on the phone said that it would be no problem to cancel, but I had to make sure to contact the 3rd party site. The company I booked through was contacted within 10 hours (after we handled the car situation), and I was told that I would get a refund. Nope. Despite the fact that I had already spoken to their staff, with combined efforts from the third party company Woodspring Suites Rockledge did not only REFUSE to cancel the booking (still within 24 hours of purchase) but also REFUSED to give the FULL Refund (~$850) knowing that we were never going to show up. The 3rd party's hands were tied. I had to personally work with both departments until I provided the compromise of only charging for1 night. Woodspring Suites finally agreed to only charge the 1st night (again, we never checked in). DO NOT GO THERE!

This hotel was by far the best one I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everyone was SUPER friendly, and helpful they truly make you feel at home. April the general manager is doing a wonderful job! Nohra is so friendly and sweet, the tall dark skin gentleman (I’m sorry I forgot his name) is so sweet and caring. He really listens and is a problem solver. Housekeeping is A1 everything was very clean and organized. Laundry at the facility was very well priced and inexpensive. I could keep going but y’all just pick this hotel. Unfortunately for me, I stayed at this place for 1 one night. It's like a prison trying to get in with multiple non automatic doors to get in that need lots of muscle and a key card. Even after you've successfully made it into the lobby (which is an unpleasant glass box) you still have to go through another heavy door that requires a key card to open. Very unwelcoming and feels more like you're trying to go visit someone in prison rather than a hotel. The smell is also off putting. For a hotel less than 7 months old, it seems foul smelling. When I finally made it to my room, I opened the door to see a room that resembled a hospice facility, only those are usually much nicer and have better lighting. The room lacked any warmth whatsoever. The mattress sat atop a wire rack with nothing to disguise this. Some photos on their website show a fabric dust ruffle or something to hide the fact that there is no box spring. The mattress itself was so hard and uncomfortable that there was no position I could contort myself into that made sleeping peacefully an option. The bright light coming from the parking lot blasts right through the cheap blinds as there are no curtains whatsoever. If you plan to stay here, know that you will see many people hanging around outside smoking, and it all feels sketchy. If you're looking for a place to spend a night, go to Viera where you'll find several much better options, or even just sleep in your car...you'll be better off.

One of the worst overnight stays I've ever had. My family and I stayed in 3 separate rooms and we all had the same horrible experience. None of us got any sleep due to the following.. 1 - cheap blinds and no curtains allow the bright parking lot lights into the room all night. 2 - Poor construction / Insulation causes loud noise from rooms above. When people walked around their rooms all it sounded like was loud banging. In addition there was no ice machine, no kind of breakfast, the toilet in my room had urine and toilet paper in toilet, and a maid walked into my room after I checked in. The front desk employees were friendly. That's about the only good thing. My family and everyone we know will not be staying here again

We had a large room with a kitchenette. I don't know if every room was like the one we stayed in, but ours was nice. Room was clean with no smells or cobwebs. It seemed like it was more geared towards extended stay business trips but we only stayed one night. Building has an on site Laundromat. Only reason for removing one star was because the prices can get high on the weekends, and I think $150 is too much for what is offered. We stayed on a weekday for $89 and thought that was a good price.
