I booked this room through hotels. Com and I was skeptical while reading past reviews. Upon arrival the security was good you need a key to enter both exterior and interior of hotel when the desk is closed. We were told the was breakfast which there was not. But the rooms were nice and big and clean. Plus the room had a kitchenette which was a bonus

Read the reviews because i am not the first and won't be the last to write about these people taking your money. This hotel has charged my card over $1200 past what I booked. The manager Maria gaslit me telling me that I would get my money that they took from me returned as these was fraudulent charges. She then acted like they payed me back. She then tried to tell me I was frauding them. I have reached out to not only her but another manager and choice hotels regarding this. Choice hotels told me that I cannot get help unless I check out. The other manager and Maria both have told me numerous times that they are aware of this problem for multiple visitors. Read the reviews. She also had the nerve to tell me I can't write a review regarding what's going on in that hotel as of she was speaking with a child. I do not recommend anyone to go to this establishment. I will be following up with fraud and also reporting this hotel.

Ratingv 1 star ⭐️: Upon arrival, the door was left open, which was concerning for safety. Disappointing Experience with Safety and Service My stay at this establishment was marred by several concerning issues. Firstly, upon arrival, I was alarmed to find the door to my room open, which was a security risk. Despite the initial cleanliness and pleasant aroma, the smoke from neighboring rooms infiltrated mine, even though I had booked a non-smoking room. Additionally, the frequent malfunctioning of my keycard and the lack of any request for identification or proof of reservation raised serious safety concerns. Furthermore, the absence of in-room coffee facilities and kitchenware was inconvenient, and the limited availability of coffee only in the lobby during specific hours was disappointing. Throughout my week-long stay, despite multiple requests, the room was never cleaned, nor were fresh towels provided. While the laundry facility was appreciated, the lack of coin-changing made it less convenient. The tub was clocked told front desk I had to fix it myself. Although the staff were friendly, their laid-back attitude contributed to a lack of urgency in addressing guest concerns. Moreover, the unreliable third-party Wi-Fi service, which required additional purchase and frequent troubleshooting, hindered my ability to work remotely effectively. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, with significant safety and service shortcomings that need to be addressed by management. I hope management takes this as a super important safety matter. I ended up leaving to a different hotel.

I booked through expedia. I needed to cancel the last two nights and Expedia called the hotel and was guaranteed NOT a rate change. When checking out, we were charged an extra $24 dollars a night than the guaranteed rate, BEFORE TAXES. I've called both expedia and the hotel manager. I got the run around. Expedia called teh hotel and they declined to adjust my rate to the guaranteed rate. I will NEVER be staying here. They rip you off. Also... in a "suite" there is no pans, silverware, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, or anything to use in the actual kitchenette.

This review is for the purpose of admonishing Ms. Chelsea who works at the front desk. I stayed at this location for a total of 3 months. I had an issue with my first room and she quickly resolved the issue by promptly placing me in another room. All throughout my stay Ms. Chelsea was pleasant, highly communicative and always willing to assist me and any other guests that had questions or concerns. I noticed that even when another front desk employee had handled any issues in a non thorough fashion, Ms. Chelsea was always the go to, for any final fixes. If it weren’t for her, I probably would have left when the first issue arose. I appreciate her presence in that place and her management skills!!

I was charged $7.55 for Internet even though I chose the option that had a $0.00 charge to it. The manager was not on site, would not talk to me on the phone and was rude to the front desk employee who was trying to help. On a previous stay the coffee was not available at 7:30 or 9:30 because someone "upstairs" was not available to start it. I was then lectured to that the coffee is available only between 7-10 even though it was clearly not available between 7-10. I stayed here only because it is close to the hospital.

Great short term stay hotel. Really clean rooms with full kitchen area (full size fridge, microwave, dish sink with counter space and 2 stove top burners)

Had a major mix up with my reservations with the 800 number. Called the hotel directly spoke with Amanda within minutes matter was cleared. Thanks Amanda Sabrina k
