WoodSpring Suites Panama City Beach - Extended stay hotel in Panama City Beach - 9801 Front Beach Rd, USA

Location is great. Entrance/exit on both side. Food and convenience across the street. Mini golf next door. The rooms were great. Spacious. Bathrooms were nice. Small kitchenettes. Only reason it's getting a 4 star rating is the floors. Both in our room and the hallways. Lots of little pieces of trash in the hallways and everyone's feet were dirty after showers. Had to wear socks to keep your feet clean. Would stay here again for sure.

Nothing was exactly horrible. The staff are friendly for sure and I’m not at all displeased with them. It was really just a multitude of small grievances that added up and frustrated me to the point of not wanting to continue my stay there. As an extended stay hotel, it’s not. It’s a normal hotel room with a refrigerator and an electric stove top. No pots, pans, silverware, nothing. Fend for yourself. The daily linen exchange available for a fee at the front desk is advertised to be optional. It’s not. It’s a surprise daily fee tacked on when you check out even though you never utilized the service. And if you want to check out early, when having asked if there is any penalty for it and being assured there is none, you will find the room reservation expenses are non refundable. Aside from that, room was clean enough and the location is great. All in all, if you want an extended stay hotel because you’re in town for work, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

The rooms were very clean! That's the best I can say! When you travel like we do and get a suite every time you need to stay in a hotel, you get accustomed to what it means to get a suite, this meaning that you get dishes, a couple pots and pans, some silverware, dishsoap. Basics essentials for being in a suite. The price we paid for a one night stay was ridiculous for what we got. We like to cook with our stays in hotels. There are extra charges for anything more that you may want in your room! 4 cheap plates, cheap forks & spoons and a pan at least would be nice to make people that come to stay at your hotel thankful and not stressed that now they have to leave after getting in the room just to go find dinner! Don't call them suites! Most extended stay suite hotels offer a “full kitchen” and come equipped with essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. That's from Google, not myself! Since you have weekly people staying there, it's an extended stay! Do better! Also why don't you have ice machines???

The hotel and staff were excellent. The room was nice and big. The bed and couch were very comfortable. They were all very dog friendly.

Great location. Robert was awesome at check in. Hot water, but lacking pressure. Clean, comfy room. Pet friendly w/ $50 non refundable clean fee & $15/pet 2 max. Our suite had full size fridge, microwave & double cook top, but no cookware or dishware. Called front desk, was told it was extra. DirectTV w/very limited channels. Better than the $98 rooms in the area & more budget friendly to us versus the $300+ rooms nearby. We will return if in the area again!

They don't tell you anything when you check in like you have to bring you're trash to the dumpster yourself. The refrigerator had hair in it. The bathtub had small hairs in it. The beds feel like they are military cots. People SLAM the doors alllllll night. So good luck sleeping. The toilet was not even attached to the floor. I took my shoes off and immediately had dirty feet, so I know they didn't mop or sweep the room. I would only pick this hotel if the entire area was sold out but good luck, you're better off getting an Air BNB. To bad it will not let me post pictures because I have plenty.

Pros: Clean, location by a lot of conveniences, half kitchen, laundry on site, shower Cons: Supposedly Bi-weekly cleaning, no room service, no pool, no ice maker, no DND signs for door, you have to clean your own room, no pots for stove, no brooms in room you have to go to front desk everytime for everything to exchange out towels & wash cloths, always keep your key on you to get out of front desk area along with entry for everything, they expect you to take your garbage out, hotel is mainly for business people & workers who stay there on extended so I do understand somethings but the ones on vacation should not be treated as same like I don't pay to stay in a hotel on my vacation to be a housekeeper!! Like seriously this should be in the description on travel booking sites as well so no one is surprised & nothing was explained to me when I checked-in like surprise we have your money now figure it out! Honestly it's clean because guest are cleaning😳😉 And you're welcome🤗🤑 And I don't mind sweeping our room after a beach day just keep the things we need to do housekeeping in room & if people steal them items then charge them 😏 Plus young kids were next to us & had friends across from them so we heard doors slamming constantly! Beds were okay but the fleece cover disgusting at least invest in better comforters!

Ok location- Beach right around the corner, BED sucked, The mattress moved when I moved. They charge for WIFI, which is not cool. They say free coffee, didn't get any. MY toliet was yellow from all the nicotine. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. No pool. It was a ok last minute option.
