WoodSpring Suites Naples - Extended stay hotel in Naples - 3786 White Lake Blvd, USA

I love this hotel. The manager Joe Mayton is the best. He is new to this hotel and tries very hard. I am in the hospitality industry so I know some of the difficulties he encounters. Overall great stay I absolutely love the room and WoodSpring Naples. I love the staff so friendly and super understanding!

I have been here a little over a month. I am waiting for my apartment to get finished being built so I can move into it and I decided to stay here while I'm waiting. I couldn't have pick a better place! I just love it here! It's clean! It's quite! It's very friendly! I really can't say enough about Woodspings Suites! Thank you to everyone that works here for making my experience here a nice! 😊

Overall great stay I absolutely love my room and I love in the woodsprings I love the staff so friendly and super understanding and I had an issue with my tub not holding water and they came and tried to fix it but it didn't work but the point is they tried that I appreciate the most and coffee offered in the front at all times which is nice cause I work overnights so it's very convenient before and after work just which they offered breakfast so I could come home after work and eat and not have to cook but overall very great place. Everyone has been super friendly except for 1 employee which I have never had a problem with till today he must just be in a bad mood. Overall I love this place and the staff are great!!!!

Good price and convenient location next to I75, but room was very basic, i.e., bathroom had no amenities, shower was one piece plastic and had only one hand hold down near my knees so difficult to get clean all over (I'm 79 and need the handholds). Had full fridge, old, and small range top stove I didn't need. Small bed pillows not useful for sleeping. Nice laminate floors throughout and air conditioning worked well. Housekeeping only once every two weeks. Ugh. Wouldn't recommend

DO NOT STAY HERE. I do not like writing bad reviews but honestly i feel I have to with regards to this hotel, if only to help other possibly guest. The hotel was not clean and smelled, we were only there to sleep so we overlooked it. (maybe cleaning staff called in sick). When we enter the room i pulled down the bed sheets only to found bedbugs. We decide to leave. I spoke with the front desk lady and she said that the manager was not there and on Monday she would refund our card, I have called several times and have sent emails to the manager I have not received a response from her or a refund this has been going on for 8 wks.

I have been to many hotels but this hotel is quiet , the staff is amazing , and they go out of their way for you. Would recommend to everyone.

Stayed Sunday March 31st. First the good: front desk lady was welcoming and helpful. The 1st room I was assigned reeked of cleaning chemicals and had a really, really loud AC. Parking not an issue. Location is good close to I75. That's it. The not so good: no separate closet; you have to hang your clothes from this hanging type place where the closet should be so all your clothes are public view. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom.. weird. Also no facial tissues at all either in the bedrooms or the restroom, again never had a hotel not have this basic accomodations. There was a hole in the ceiling and the blinds (no curtains) had a little piece missing that let in the light, not good when trying to sleep. Overall, very basic no frills stay. Can't really recommend.

DONT STAY HERE! I had to book this location last minute, as my Air BnB fell through on my daughters wedding weekend. First of all, the beds are raised metal frames with what felt like a concrete floor. The whole 4th floor smelled like weed. The room was disgusting, and my ancient phone didnt even work to call the front desk. I sucked it up the first night and got a good nights rest for the wedding the next day. Fast forward to returning to my room after the wedding that night. I got in around 11 pm. I walked into the lobby and oddly enough the front desk was closed down and all lights were out. I went to my room, again 4th floor weed city and there was a party going on in a room down the hall. Now, my key card doesnt work. Frustrated, I go back downstairs trying to find someone to help me. No one, anywhere to be found. I finally find a janitor who tells me to go out to the parking lot-a bunch of employees were hanging out in a car?! Yup, sure enough a bunch of people that barely spoke english all drinking in a van. They all get out and start drunk walking around trying to find front desk people. Finally 45 minutes LATER, front desk guy and front desk girl were hanging out in the room upstairs where the party was going on! I finally got my key card. I called the manager and she hung up on me. I didnt get to my room until 1:30 am. Front desk said they would not charge my card, and lo and behold they did!! After 5 calls to corporate, I got a refund. Might I add that this was 2 nights for $500!!!? Just because its in Naples? And the sad part is they wont be held accountable. They WILL be billed by Corp for my refund but thats it. I wouldve rather stayed in my car. Beware!
